I have been with Keybank for years now. YEARS. Every rep I spoke with has never given me false information. Well, I pray that I never have to come to this branch again. I felt as if I was unwelcome there like I was bothering them. I didn't catch their name but the information they gave me was not right. So now, I have to scramble to get this sorted out. I have been in contact with the call center and another branch. I would have the branch correct this, but even calling this branch is a hassle.

Went threw drive up to get 1000 doesn’t give receipt doesn’t even say anything after sends money threw tube this just one bad experience I love key bank but this branches employee are the worst and only care about trying to sign you up for card different accounts feel like I’m at a used car sale lot when go in there and when you use drive threw there is no respectIt funny how they want me to email them the location I wrote the review under the location I’m not going to go threw escalating the situation just do better it not hard to give good customer serviceMaybe start by replying to bad reviews with an apology instead of an order I’m not doing this for key bank to get better but to warn other people

I came here on a cold morning with the streets covered in snow, I didn't think my time here would be beneficial, but when I came here, banking representative William was ready and willing to help me as soon as I stepped in the front door. He was competent in his duties and patience when we had to get on the phone with banking services. If you want your banking done right, come here and see William, he'll give you friendly and complete service.

Opened an acct to redeem $400 offer. 6 months, 3 phone conversations, and an in person visit with Dax and I still do not have the $400. Only a promise that the failure will be "looked into". Their promises are hollow and are not to be believed. Bank elsewhere.

Opened a business account, and applied for a business line of credit over a week and a half ago. Have no idea what is going on with it and every time I call it appears the person I am dealing with is never there. Left previous messages about getting a call back and had to call them even after they said they would call me. This is the third time I'm calling about the line of credit and again the representative isn't there........we'll see what happens or if I receive a call back!!

Its worst branch and employees and manager in this branch are not helpful, to get one response had to call multiple times and they are not even courteous to reach us back. Had worst experience in this branch and closing my account after 6months banking.

My advice to anyone who applies for a loan with Key Bank in Lone Tree is to document in writing every conversation you have with their loan officer, Michael Webb. After my rate was locked in and we agreed to terms he told me the discount he promised was no longer available. Furthermore, he snidely told me I'd lose the downpayment I had already made for the appraisal. After spending considerable time compiling all the email correspondence and sending to his boss for review, I had proved my case and received the discount. His boss also candidly told me appraisal downpayments were always refundable and he didn't know why Mr. Webb would falsely tell me otherwise. Unfortunately, I never got the $300 bonus Mr. Webb also promised I would get in return for opening multiple new checking and savings accounts - and despite repeated requests, Venus, whose title is personal banker, didn't even have the courtesy to call me back regarding the status of my bonus. My experience with both of these unprofessional bank representatives has been appalling and neither demonstrated any customer service skills. So, I'm going to close out my checking and savings accounts and move all my money to another bank that appreciates my business and treats me as a respected customer. I will never set foot in Key Bank in Lone Tree again.

Wow. Friendly, quick, modern and professional what more could you want? It's located by the outlet stores which is another plus.
