They always interacted with us in a professional and courteous manner. **** answered all our questions throughout the process, and worked with us on an item selected that didn't work with our space, replacing it with a more appropriate piece. Their daily preparation of our home prior to the work being completed, e.g., floor tarps, draping spaces, covering vents, etc., was appreciated as was the end-of-day clean-up e.g., vacuuming, wiping down wood floors and stair rails, etc. We would use Re-Bath on another project.”

“Nate (AHA or NJD) helped me out when the experts at the big box store couldn’t find a solution to my problem (needed to get the drain pipe as short as possible to fit an IKEA vanity) They actually referred me to this store. Nate’s solution worked! I needed a tool that I was intimidated to use but he reassured me that it will be ok. With the tool and the part he suggested, I was able to fit my new vanity perfectly! “My husband and I chose to work with the team at Christopher’s Kitchen and Bath on two separate bathroom remodel projects in 2023 and again in 2024.
The photos I have attached were taken after our master bath remodel was complete. The room design has changed the way we are able to enjoy this space.
Heather Radliff, our designer, spent time with us listening to our ideas and then developing an overall concept.
We worked collaboratively selecting each piece and its placement. This took some time however, we appreciated how methodically the plan came to life on the computer screen in their 3D program. We were scheduled for a specific quarter and every thing was right on time.
The second project, a smaller powder room was handled in the same manner working again with Heather. (images are not available at this time as we just finished.)
The entire Christophers team are true professionals who take great pride in their work and craftsmanship. There was never a dumpster as they hauled away each days boxes, etc. They were responsible and respected our home. Communication was top notch.

“I have been going through a kitchen, flooring and bath remodel for a few weeks now. Because I was concerned about supply chain issues, all appliances were ordered many weeks in advance. My island downdraft vent that was supposed to be coming from the big box store with the orange label just kept getting delayed with no end in site. I even spoke with Whirlpool to find out if they could locate another unit and they said no.My contractor called his supplier (Ferguson) and they advised that they had one in stock and I could come down and get it. I spoke with the sales guy and provided my credit card and then jumped in the car to go down to pick it up. Once there I waited what seemed like a long time at the loading doc. After a bit, a nice guy came over to tell me the item wasn't where they expected it to be and they were looking for it. After my struggles with both the big box store and the manufacturer I was preparing myself for yet another disappointment and delay. After a bit longer the nice guy came back and said they must not have the item but they would upgrade me at not charge to a different downdraft that they had in stock and I could take it home right then.I think it is well known that Whirlpool is the manufacturer for a bunch of familiar brand names and the price goes up as the cache of the name goes up, but the items are identical save for the branding badge. That is what I went home with. The exact specs and dimensions I needed but with a fancier brand name. Thank you, Ferguson, for doing the right thing to make your customer happy. I will ALWAYS recommend your store for your employee empowerment and your customer service.”
“I went to my first skills class today, and thoroughly enjoyed the entire class! Marie was the absolute best! She was knowledgeable, went above and beyond, and taught us how to make a great pizza using a Vitamix! I highly recommend going to the skills classes especially if Marie is running it, I will most definitely be back to her skills classes - I had so much fun and it truly made me week to hear from her, get her cooking advice, and you would of never known it was her first pizza!”
“Today I brought An electric wine opener back that had been given to me as a gift without the charger. I had inquired at several places and tried to order one on Amazon, but nothing fit. I even called Customer Service at the rabbit company where The wine opener was made, and they were extremely unhelpful. A lady named Jeanne restored my Faith in Customer Service. “So when your salesperson is cooperative, knowledgeable and helpful, that’s great. Steph G. was all of that during the purchasing phase. That said, when our contractor was ready to install our soaking tub (which was delivered ~ 2 months prior) and found the tub cracked, that’s when Steph showed just how determined she was to make sure our project didn’t get delayed. Steph informed us that the tub we originally ordered was back ordered until mid December. Since all or our rough plumbing and tile work was done, Steph worked to find us a suitable alternative and expedited delivery within 2 days. We are so thankful for her help and therefore highly recommend Ferguson and especially Steph!”

This last order we had a technical glitch and Sarah and Avery were able to help escalate this issue to the right people so we could still get our order through before the store sale ended.”
