I moved to Centennial CO. 8 months ago from Delaware. Today was my first shopping experience in Kohls in Lone Tree. In the Sephora section (my first stop) I was so lucky to have Linda and Julie taking care of me. They both went above and beyond making my shopping an exceptional experience which I am so thankful of. I am now a Kohl's huge fan. I would also like to give cudos to Susie in the Home goods department for helping me immensely!
I will continue to make Kohl's my go to place for great products and amazing service. Thank you so much, Linda, Julie and Susie and the female manager (sorry I did not get her name).

I really enjoyed the cleanliness, the attentiveness of the employees and the excellent customer service. I was so impressed with the store layout that I made an additional purchase after returning an item.

I like this location a lot aside from the long line to check out. Even with three or four cashiers the line can really back up, especially on sale days.

I don't usually shop at Kohl's, but came here to do an Amazon return because it was on our way home. There was a sign at the Amazon kiosk telling people to go to Customer Service. There I encountered a VERY rude elderly lady who made sure to to let us know we were all inconveniencing her greatly (scowling and snapping at everyone). I get that it's probably annoying/overwhelming to do Amazon returns, but that's part of the job and something to take up with your supervisor, not take out on the customers. I tried to be the bigger person by mentioning to an employee up front that the lady in back could use some help with the long line for returns, thinking she could call on their walkies to request backup (at least this is how it worked when I was an employee at Target). And this lady also snapped at me rudely about how her line was also long and then proceeded to complain about me to the customer in front of her. I was going to get my son some PJs and look around while we were there but was so soured by my experience with these employees that I decided to skip it and never return. I emphatically do not recommend this store.

Nice, quick shopping. The environment is friendly and quiet. Appears to be a great place for seniors to secure employment.
