Lost a snow basket on my snow shoe poles and contacted Beans via chat. Ordered some new ones and they came and do not work with my poles. Contacted Beans via chat and the gentleman said they did not make the style I had anymore but said he would reach out to the manufacture direct. Never heard from them and last night a box shows up on my door step with two (2) exact snow baskets in it! Did not expect that at all!!Beans always goes above and beyond for their customer's. Customer service is top notch.

I placed an order for Christmas on Nov. 28 and they only shipped 1 of 3 items on Dec. 15 with no follow up on my other items. When I reached out in January they said thy cancelled the rest of my order. I was able to resubmit my same order and they honored the discount and free shipping I had but would not expedite the order even though they cancelled it without informing me. I was told if your order details say WHSE OUT that they cancel those items in your order but don't notify you about it. At least they honored my discount and free shipping.

LL Bean just isn't the retailer they used to be. When they removed their lifetime guarantee, it was a red flag for consumers willing to pay more for quality that perhaps the quality was suffering. This has been my experience. I had a backpack rip along a seam and they refused to honor their warranty to replace it for faulty craftsmanship. Might as well buy something cheaper somewhere else and replace it every couple years than pay more for the same garbage with a fancy logo.

I accompanied my elderly, hard of hearing, Father-in-Law to the Park Meadows LLBean on Dec.6,2023. Linda attended to his every question, every request, every hope, and every dream. She is amazing and patient. If they didn’t have his exact color, style, size, or fit available in the store, she hunted the catalog for him. She is a star and made our visit positively memorable.
