11:00 AM appt. Arrived 15 minutes early as requested. No one at desk. Room filled with people. No one available to ask for ETA. Self check in completed at time of arrival. Still waiting for someone to acknowledge I am here and collect my lab orders. People who arrived after me have come and gone. The tech yells the persons name from the room where blood is drawn. They can’t even be bothered with coming to the door to call the person in.
Extremely poor experience. This must be why my provider typically draws my blood in their office.
Complete waste of the. Not sure why the need for an appointment if you are going to have to wait an extended amount of time.

Diana was INCREDIBLE , smooth easy process and she was so friendly. I had a change in my schedule and was so nervous that I’d have to delay getting needed blood work done but she just handled it with an abundance of professionalism and I was in and out. The blood draw itself was the smoothest I’ve ever had.

I brought my husband here the other day for the first time. This was after we had trouble with him getting his blood done at the other Labcorp location. He's a hard stick so it's always hit or miss if we get a good phlebotomist at the other location and for some reason their system is always down. So this time he ended up all black and blue in the arm again and I decided to check this location out since it's new.
We heard it was appointment only but we decided to try since we weren't able to get the blood at the other location. We were able to check in without issue. When we were called up, we were helped by Diana. I told her that my husband is a hard stick and she took a quick look and said it would be no problem. She was quickly able to get the blood and it ended up being less vials than usual since the system was not down at this location. She was very professional and friendly and we had a great experience. I will definitely plan to come to this Labcorp location in the future.

Decided to give it a try since some recent reviews indicated they are open again- well, despite what Google says, they’re not. What kind of irresponsible company doesn’t keep their patients in the loop? It’s the very least they could do. I will be getting my labs sent elsewhere because I no longer trust them in any capacity- especially when it comes to putting things in my literal veins.

UPDATE THE HOURS OF OPERATION. CHRIST. INSTEAD OF RESPONDING TO REVIEWS HOW ABOUT UPDATING YOUR HOURS ON GOOGLE? I CALLED THE NUMBER AND IT SAID NOTHING ABOUT BEING CLOSED. I HAVE RUINED 2 DAYS RUNNING AROUND TO CLOSED LABCORP LOCATIONS. THE STUPIDITY AND LAZINESS IS ON A WHOLE NEW LEVEL. CONGRATULATIONS. YOU WIN WORST BUSINESS EVER.

This is a multi billion dollar company and they pay their phlebotomists $18/hour far below a living wage. Chick Filet pays more and it shows. Offices all over Denver and the suburbs have been closing down. These offices are severely understaffed and the staff extremely overworked. Today I watched the very old, disabled, pregnant women and the very sick waiting for HOURS to get blood drawn. Many were turned away or left due to the long wait. The staff told me that this week she has been cursed at by frustrated customers and had urine thrown at her (from a sample). Both of the only two staff members were collapsing today under the stress of the situation. One said she was about to have a breakdown and the other said she was in trouble because she has diabetes and unable to take a break and eat. This company is not doing right by its employees or customers and I'm outraged to see the way they prosper while providing poor service and creating impossible working conditions.. Shame on you Lab Corp and shame on the insurance companies that partner with them. Sadly LabCorp is my only option due to my insurance requirements but their is something terribly broken with the system that allows Lab Corp to continue to do business in Colorado. This company needs to be investigated.

Needed bloodwork drawn for a physical. Check-in is done at a kiosk. Very efficient. Then your name is called, and you go to the phlebotomy room. Chelsie was awesome! Truly a deft hand. It was nearly painless. Some phlebotomists are gifted, and she's one of them. I don't like needles, and felt it was necessary to inform her of this. She is very kind, and the whole process was over quickly. There's a LabCorp office within my doctor's office, also in the Aspen building, but they were closed for lunch. This office remains open, so I went here instead. I'm glad that I did.

The reviews say they are closed, but they opened back a few weeks ago. Not many people in there when I went. Had an appointment at 12:30 and got seen 5 minutes later. The lady who helped me was very sweet and gentle when putting the needle in. Even the lady when I walked in was super nice too! Appreciate y'all!
