Cindy was amazing! I had three kids with me who were being wild. She stepped in and distracted them so I could have a second to look around which I really appreciated. The staff here really cares about kids!

Ya, I need to waste the minutes I have to leave this review. I called regarding information for tutoring supplies and they were no help at all. One reviewer states that management is rude, and I have to second that. I don't think they want customers or they dislike their job. Maybe they should close shop?

I mistakenly left behind some of my purchases at the store when I was there. Chezra researched the transaction history from Saturday and contacted me to let me know they still had part of purchase and were holding it for me. She really went above and beyond to provide outstanding service to me. I appreciate the way this store's employees take care of their customers.

I called today to see if my local Lakeshore Learning had a specific set of Magna Tiles in stock for the very discounted price shown online. I was told that they didn’t have it in the store, but one was quickly ordered to be sent to my home. They were able to honor the discount and I didn’t have to pay the steep shipping cost that I would have paid by ordering from the website. I will be a regular customer thanks to the friendly, helpful, and honest service. Thank you!

Omygoodness! Best store and best staff ever!!! Kelsey was so knowledgeable, kind, patient, and helped us so much! She is quite an asset to the store. Linda is also so helpful and patient! They have incredible learning toys, crafts, and fun schoolroom decor. We will definitely return!

We love Lakeshore Learning! I have a 5 and 2 year old and they love to visit when they have events on weekends - they've had storytime and toys available to play with or crafts at different stations. There are so many toys, games, puzzles, etc to choose from! I also have online registries for both of my kids where family members can shop easily for gifts. Highly recommend this place for high quality products that kids enjoy playing with for a long time.

Manager and staff are extremely rude, especially if you're a P. O. C. I wasn't greeted at door, nor asked if I needed assistance. However, the customers right behind me were greeted and asked if they needed help. This happened on several occasions.

Love this store - I'm so glad we have one here! Great prices in good quality paint - and I can buy in bulk! I love their posters, writing paper and ink pads.As a hoemschool mom I get my planner here every year. And I do all of my laminating here. It's wonderful that they give hoemschool moms the teacher discount too!
