Park Meadows Staff is the best and though I live in Arvada I will travel to the Park Meadows Store because they work with you to get best possible costs and take the time to fit and order correctly. I went to Arvada store and was very disappointed in the staff at that location.

Wonderful experience at Lens Crafters. Meena and Amy had such patience with me in selecting a pair of frames. Meena took time to listen to what I liked and not so much. Gave great suggestions and showed me what areas to look in the store. I was not rushed. Meena made sure the fit was good and took extra time to make sure the measurements were correct. Was told two weeks for glasses arrived in less than a week! I absolutely love the glasses and see so much better! Goodbye fatigue eyes!!

I went in and asked for a simple adjustment. The sales manager mangled my frames to the point of needing replacement. She was rude and would not listen when I asked her not to adjust certain points of contact. You have lost a customer of many years due to your incompetence and patronizing customer service attitude. Having you be the face of a business is a poor choice on your upper management.

Accidentally crushed my own glasses that I bought from Lens Crafters (100% my own fault) was able to bring them in and get them fixed at no charge in about 10 minutes. Super appreciated.

I visited looking for a new pair of glasses for computer use—but without my spouse (fashion expert & usual mirror) by my side, I had to rely on the store team for honest feedback and guidance. Thankfully, Debbie and Izzy accepted the challenge—and completely exceeded expectations.
As a professional who’s on Zoom video calls all day, I was admittedly nervous about choosing something that might look awkward or off. Not having someone close to give me honest feedback left me feeling a little apprehensive. But I got extremely lucky—not only did I receive help and guidance, I had two fantastic team members step in. Debbie and Izzy immediately put me at ease and gave me the confidence I needed to make the right choice.
They were patient, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I tried on multiple frames, asked a lot of questions, and they never rushed me. Instead, they “held my hand” through every step with professionalism and kindness.
Debbie provided expert input on what shape and size best suited my face—and even went into the back room to bring out a measuring device to ensure the perfect fit. She also double-checked my vision to make sure the prescription matched exactly, which gave me added confidence in the final result.
On top of that, both Debbie and Izzy went above and beyond to research every available discount—ultimately finding one that was even better than what my insurance would have covered. That kind of effort and integrity is rare these days.
Thanks to them, I walked out with the exact pair of glasses I had envisioned—at a better price than expected. Exceptional service from start to finish.
