Received a gift and had a gift receipt. Store refused to EXCHANGE hat for one that fits. Hat was “missing” a sticker. Buy on Amazon. These people are just in it for the money and customer satisfaction means nothing to them

Horrible Costumer service. Called a dozen times about the status of an order and no one answers the phone. Bought some hats was told it would take 2-3 days to get them done 10 days later no contact and still waiting.

Went in to buy a Colorado Buffs hat. It was $24 on the sticker but they charged me $32. I ended up immediately returning the hat as they had no interest in honoring the sticker price. Very slimy!

My friend was just dancing in place and they just kicked him out, he wasn't bothering anyone and there was no loud music. If you think you may get some happy feet in here, DONT! They will kick you out for just dancing

Long story short- BEST LIDS IVE EVER BEEN TO!To start off, the store was looking immaculate. All the hat walls were so cleanly, organized by size and made it so easy to find what I was looking for. The embroidery machine had so many colors on a clean display so I could pick what I wanted.The staff was so kind. Manager walked me through and showed me each of the deals that were going on, and directed me to the exact hat I was looking for, AND MORE!I chose an exclusive undervisor for my boyfriend and even got an amazing signature embroidered on the side.

Awesome mall super high end and also expensive but what isn't in Colorado? All in one place! Located near The Tech Center and IKEA just off of 470 & 25 South.You can eat at The Cheesecake Factory, GQ BBQ or the food court. Shop at all the major outlet stores including Travis Mathew, Nordstrom and Macys etc. very popular. Valet available for restaurants and the parking spaces are tight. Enjoy & Explore....
