I called ahead and got great phone service. Then when I showed up in the store the service was equally good. Also they had some gift wrapping that was complimentary and looked really sharp. They like to do suggestive sales but I actually found the suggestions to be really well thought out and I ended up buying one of the items that was suggested.

I’ve been a customer here for years and I have to say this store has the BEST customer service. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all not stingy with samples!

Good customer service goes a long way. Shout-out to MARIA. I went to this store for the first time last week to get my grandmother a birthday gift. Maria helped me find exactly what I wanted, while giving me space to explore on my own. Her recommendations were perfect and helpful. As we were checking out, I mentioned it was my first time in the store and she gave me several samples and told me to have fun finding my new favorite products, and to come back and let her know my thoughts. She could have just taken what I said and moved on, but she made it a point to go the extra mile and ensure I'd eventually return. Her knowledge and support has made me excited to come back and I think she should be acknowledged. Thank you, Maria, for the great experience!

Besides the great products, the staff was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. When shopping that Christmas week the store does stay open until the mall closes at 9. I do remember the store being in a different location; but it's across the apple store.

Went in on Friday, December 9th to look for a Christmas gift, was immediately welcomed with kindness, guidance, and assistance making a purchase. The employee assisting me even offered to wrap my gift free of charge! Definitely great full for the experience at this location and I recommend family to them!

Came in to the store looking to finally buy some items I had been wanting to try from this brand. I was the only customer in the store at the time and the second I walked in the sales associate told me I needed to place my other shopping bags on the table next to her so she could watch them. Excuse me????? When I asked her why she just looked at me and repeated herself. I have never walked out of a store so fast. You make an assumption that I’m going to steal the second I walk in the door?!?! Absolutely not! It is 2022 and we are still treating black people as if they are criminals the second we walk into your store? I will never step foot in another one of your stores or even purchase your products from other retailers. If you are a black consumer, please stay far away from this store!

I can't say enough this store. It's beautiful and has wonderful products. The store manager, Akie, was incredibly helpful and guided us through the scents they have, which made the process so easy. A delightful experience finding excellent products.

Exact opposite- I’m always so glad I treated myself with care.I also haven’t met a worker here that I didn’t like. They’re all very personable and kind. They make me want to come back
