I've been coming here for the last few years to have my package sent out. The staff is efficient and friendly. They also have lots of interesting novelties for sale. Some items would make a great Christmas gift.

I put in the nearest USPS store while out doing errands, and found this lovely Gem of a store. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and saw the welcoming staff and boutique. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had at a USPS store. I'm glad to have found this store! Thanks, Jen

We are small business owners, six of our packages got lost, reading other reviews tells me this isn’t the first time. Called this morning, the man who answered was unhelpful, had to drive down there, the lady at the counter seemed snobby and rude, not coming back here, if you have a deadline to get your packages to someone, don’t bother coming here, just go to a main post office.

Absolutely disgusting treatment of their customers. They promise services over the phone that they don’t deliver to their customers. I tried to look for another solution on my phone and let the lady behind me go in front, to which the old woman working (also the owner who replies to these reviews and takes zero accountability for her awful behavior) says to the lady “she clearly didn’t do her homework” like an antagonist sour despicable person. I told her I didn’t appreciate her disrespect and she said flat out she didn’t care. Disgusting person. Glad I found another post office with wonderful attitudes and actual competence. Good riddance. She says in the reviews “we always treat our customers wonderfully” in response to someone complaining about the treatment. Goes to show how delusional she is.

Was here once during the afternoon, waited for 10 minutes and the cashier is still with the very first customer. Had something to go and I left. Then I tried again near their closing and found out they already closed at 5:58, while the map suggested they close at 6

I waited in line patiently as the cashier and a customer made small talk about each aspect of their transaction. Didn’t mind at all. I consider myself patient and I do think this world could use a little more old fashioned small talk here and there. When it was my turn I approached with a smile and an upbeat tone. I was sending a small painting I made for my nephew back in northern Minnesota after they had just sent me a small set of paintings he made for me. I was using the same box they had sent the small painting in and the original shipping label on it. I pointed out that I wanted to ship my package to the address listed on it, thinking that would make it easier for her to input. She asked me, “are you going to pay for the shipment?” I said, “well of course.” And smiled thinking she was joking. She said, “the package needs to be sealed.” Which, obviously. I wasn’t going to send it still opened. There was masking tape on the counter. I pointed to it and asked if I could use that to seal it and got it all set to ship. Then I asked if she could create and print a shipping label. She said, “we don’t do that here. You’ll need to just write it on the box.” There was a line of people behind me and I started to feel embarrassed and also confused. I ship stuff all the time and it’s never a problem for me to give the address to a cashier and get a label printed. I had no idea how I was supposed to “write” the address on the box like she was asking so I thanked her for her time and walked out. It was one of the strangest interactions I’ve ever had. It makes me wonder if it’s because I’m Ojibwe and Lakota, or am gender fluid with my nails painted, or that my arms are covered in tattoos. I noticed a trend in the one star reviews of other people of color sharing similar experiences.

I didn't even know that this place existed, until I moaned to the BF that I had to go to the post office to mail a surprise for my mother. He said, "Go to the Lone Tree Post Office." Huh? It's five minutes from the house. It's located in an ADORABLE boutique, with all kinds of fun cards, cute gifts (funny coffee mugs, gloves, hats, skirts, sweaters, all kinds of things) a packaging room, and full postal services! I had an oddly shaped package. The very nice, cheerful lady at the counter gave me some more tape to make it smaller, printed out the priority mail label, and sold me some stamps. There was a short line when I got there, and a long one when I left. There was a young woman working, too. I will definitely be back, especially if I need a present for someone and don't have a lot of time to shop! This was an extremely pleasant experience, especially when compared to the Highlands Ranch post office sometimes. On my last visit to the HR post office, I had to prove that hearing aid batteries are zinc, not lithium, and therefore did not need the lithium batteries sticker. Sigh.

the staff here is so nice. I drop my business packages off here and they have multiple baskets on the side for me so I can drop and go. I've bought so many gifts for family here too! they just went through a remodel and it looks great.
