Review for Alanna at Park Meadows Store
We came in this morning with our two young kiddos looking to buy a couch for our new home. We weren't familiar with Lovesac and Alanna was so incredibly helpful, patient, and detail oriented! She understood exactly what we were looking for, and helped us understand all of the options and permutations. She is so talented at explaining the differences between all the different options (probably because she is also a 7th grade teacher!!). We walked in just planning on browsing, and we ended up staying a full hour and planning our exactly what we needed. Will be purchasing soon! Thank you so much Alanna!!

Honest assessment; the Couch itself is very well made, very sturdy and comfortable. I do like how modular it is and while simple as in not complicated, it is a bit difficult to wrangle physically. However the service is terrible...both at the store on home office. We did not get all the pieces as ordered, called to correct it, was assured I would receive all the pieces as originally configured. Received more pieces, not the pieces that were to be replaced mind you, no, these are completely new pieces that had nothing to do with current or original designs. Now we are past 60 days, still dont have the right pieces, they won't replace what they should have or send out (unless I purchase separately) what I paid for. So now I have a $10,000 mismatched couch, no help and useless couch pieces. Probably not worth it in the long run.

When we walked in all of the employees were talking together and they looked annoyed. We asked how much a product was and the blonde employee gave a short answer without explaining anything else about the product. My boyfriend asked if the product ever goes on sale and the guy behind the counter said “that is with the deal” abruptly. My boyfriend was considering buying a love sac for his apartment but after the service we received he will not be coming back. We walked in with smiles on our faces and good attitudes but all of the employees seemed annoyed that they had to do their job.

I would give no Stars if possible, NO WARRANTY regardless what they tell you in the store. Their customer service is horrible. The accessories are not covered and break apart within the first 90days. The couches are splitting and the seams are coming undone. They will take your money and laugh in your faces. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I've ordered here a handful of times and 2 out of 4 times have been spot on. Although recently, my last two shipments were messed up so badly that not only did they go to the wrong address, but the wrong item was placed by the store. With such long lead times on custom covers, I am so frustrated that we are back to the drawing board yet again when I placed my order through the store in June or July of last year. I'm also having a tough time trusting considering a very outdated address has now been used most recently twice, so I have zero confidence my order will go to my current address on this next attempt. Alas, we will find out one way or another.

Terrible customer service. Bought a sactional with stealth technology for the surround sound. They told me it would be 2 weeks. Products started showing up after 2 days in 26 different boxes left on my front porch over the span of several different days. They ordered the wrong color for one of the products then told me to return it and they would send a new one. Used their Fed Ex return lable as directed and item was picked up by Fed Ex verified by my outdoor camera and they have never sent me the product with the right color. Go to the Park Meadows store in person to discuss because they never answer the phone or return messages. Was told that I will receive the product after LoveSac verifies from Fed Ex that the product was returned. I asked them to check with Fed Ex and they tell me they can't. This is the delivery service that LoveSac chooses to use to ship your furniture to you but they can't check!????? Told me I have to contact Fed Ex myself or wait 2 more weeks to see if it arrives. The worst process for getting your furniture to you and the worst at trying to fix any issues with the delivery.
