Peyton was working the dressing room, she was super helpful and accommodating. The all of the stores staff members were super friendly and nice. The store was very organized and clean! Thank you Lululemon for your great service.

I shop at Park Meadows a lot and usually have a good experience but last time was kind of off. While an employee was helping me their manager came over and interrupted just to hand off a pile of clothes to put away right in the middle of our conversation. The employee kind of laughed and said “she does this all the time” when I asked the cashier about it they just sighed and said her name was Elisabeth.

Staff is honestly a little bit rude and seems bothered if you try to ask for help. I haven't been in a store in years but decided to stop by with a friend. In the almost hour my friend and I were there, not once were we asked if we needed help. It left a really bad impression for her (first time) and bad experience for me. I wanted to ask them a question about something available online only, and they responded condescendingly as if it were common knowledge. I ended up ordering the item online but don't plan on coming back unfortunately

Was told that I couldn’t return a BRAND NEW item that was never worn because the tag snapped off and that makes it a “used item”.

So I buy a pair of pants with a lifetime warranty. Those pants get a hole after a year. I go back to get a new pair and now the “policy has changed” and they won’t honor the lifetime warranty. Which was the only reason I bought the pants. So now I’m screwed on a pair of $130 pants that don’t last a year. Save your money on this overpriced garbage

On Saturday 3/1/25 my daughter Maddie and I had the BEST shopping experience at the Park Meadows store. Our Sales Guru, Melissa was the consummate professional. She helped us to build a new fashion foundation of a new workout wardrobe for Maddie. Before we knew it we dropped almost $800 with zero buyer's remorse. We had a blast and enjoyed every minute with Melissa. She deserves praise and a raise! Thank you!

Georgia was amazing!!! I came in with some xmas mishaps this weekend, and she was super sweet, totally willing to help, and even came back to help me figure out which pants I should get. She gave me sizing advice, helped me pick out a new fun color, and was overall super sweet. She is awesome, and I’ll definitely be back!!! Thanks Georgia❤️

I came in on the day after Christmas so Boxing Day which is their Black Friday shopping day shall I say when they have the absolute BEST deals around to get some things and was pleasantly surprised and impressed by their customer service. Needless to say I did come in about an hour and a half before closing time and the sales associate named Erin helped me out and really went above and beyond trying to help me find the clothes and styles that I needed. As I even stayed about five minutes after closing time, the staff in the weight room was really really nice, I did not feel rushed or made to leave at any time in the process and even were nice enough to complement the outfits that I had picked out and we’re super friendly. Erin that had to help me previously was right there at checkout, so I made sure to point her out to my cashier who was also very very nice to me to make sure she got the credit, but kudos to you, Lululemon for having such friendly, nice, and super inviting staff! A+

no more return after one month with tag or exchange , they have lots customer they don't care any more, park meadow managers are so rude NO customer service at all never go shop there again

Got some amazing pieces for fall. Since different styles have a more contour fit they were super helpful with finding which sizes I wore and in what styles. For example, in the Wunder Train I was a size 6 and the Align a size 4. They also went on and helped me with the free hemming process!

Don’t want to post a wall of text, the male staff member working Thursday afternoon bout 1pm, at the register, was beyond rude and inconsiderate. Avoid this place and just shop online.
