This is my favorite Lulu store I’ve ever been to! The staff was so helpful and accommodating in helping me find everything I needed. Great selection and the one thing I couldn’t find was ordered in store and will be delivered to my house. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thanks Bri, Natalie, and Shannon!

Just finished buying several pairs of pants. So excited to wear them! Also, had to get on here and make mention of the wonderful experience my wife and i had at this store. Dakota was wonderful and super helpful! Kaylie was knowledgeable and made the shopping fun and memorable. This kind of customer service makes me want to come back again and again!Thank you to everyone in the store!

Tried to order pants online, kept getting an error when paying. Tried different cards and same error. Called the store 5 times at various times today and nobody will actually answer the phone. Called customer service to try and get the pants and they got the same error we did. They’re going to have someone get back to use within 4 business days….. you’d think when trying to but $100 joggers there would be a little more urgency to help.

Worst lululemon store ever!!! Don’t go to this store, staff rude and have no idea about policies l,even manager can’t advise properly on product warranties. I’d give no star if possible!

Meggen and team took care of me fabulously! Helped me take care of a pant need in the ultimate classic, the ABC pant. Great positivity and chat and help through the process and never made me feel bad about the exchange! Go team!!!

Would give zero stars if I could!!! Never go here!!! Employee made an inappropriate comment about my body and filtered with me! Very uncomfortable and unnecessary hopefully that employee is fired or shot out of a canon

I cannot thank the two sweet employees enough that helped me resolve a issue with one of my shorts. They were so sweet to help and listen and was able to find a resolution for my issue. Amazing customer service and I wish I knew their names to thank them.

I had an outstanding shopping experience thanks to Sami F and Leslie. Their professionalism and friendliness made my visit enjoyable. I had a lot of clothes to return and Sami F helped me to do it so smoothly. They were attentive to my needs and provided excellent product knowledge. I'll definitely return, thanks to their exceptional service!

Very judgemental store. Went in to browse clothes, but some employees were eyeing me up and down. Even if they were trying to do their job by asking if I needed anything, their tone and attitude were not professional. Almost yelling if I needed anything and crossing their arms just to ask if I needed anything is far from professional. Do not go, as I assume, for the employees to be racially discriminating.

Lousy customer service. This is a second in a row that I gave encountered at this location.No more Lululemon brand for me. Definitely not recommended this brand to family or friends.Don’t they know their clothes are expensive AF just for workout.I am gonna switch brand to Nike instead.Enough said!

Shame on the manager, Shannon Lembeche! I purchased an item in Canada and was told we could exchange or get store credit in the states. I wanted to exchange a top and the manager had her cashier tell me no "We don't do that", she wouldn't even come and tell me that to my face. Actually they do honor that rule, Aspen Grove and Cherry Creek both returned items from Canada. Set a better example for your staff Shannon.

This was the first Lululemon store I've ever been to and I had an AMAZING experience! I've never purchased anything from this brand but obviously have been hearing about the hype for years. Bri (maybe Bre?) was SO awesome to work with. Super chill and down to earth girl, was hyping me up the whole time, and went over the company's guarantees and free hemming services which was so awesome to know about. 10/10 will absolutely be back!!! Everybody there was just amazing. :)

Amazing clothes. Very good fabric they use to make the shorts. The shorts are some of the best feeling shorts I’ve ever felt.
