Lazy staffer didn't want to help me. She should find a job elsewhere, but not in customer service! Horrible example of welcoming a customer and making them feel as if they're really customers and not a bother. Sad!

We went in looking for a men's suit for myself, but the suit dept seemed very disorganized and confusing. The sizes were all mixed up on the racks, and we couldn't find my size. The dept seemed to be understaffed even though it wasn't that busy. It cost them a sale. We went to the Men's Warehouse across the street and bought a suit there instead.

Wide collection of clothing , accessories, home appliances, decor etc.It is big store and have good pricing discounts from time to time. They do allow clubbing multiple offers during their sale season which makes the pricing affordable. The staff is helpful here. They keep good quality products mostly.Probably only downside is the items which are under clearance especially clothes are not arranged properly. So it can consume lot of time to find item which fits you and suits your quality.

Macy's is Not crowded for your clothing shopping needs. Employees are wearing their masks if you are still scared to ship because of the CornaVirus. Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance and elevators. It is Good to see people out and shopping again at Park Meadows.

First terrible experience worth a review but still happy with the store quality... This store should review its employees backgrounds and tolerance levels. Was rudely escorted out of the store for not wearing a mask or face covering which in other countries is an insult so I will not shop here till this extreme mask mandate is lifted and my freedom is reinstated.

The store was almost free from customers. We came late and sale people were probably in the mood of being done for the day but when we asked quiestions couple people start helping us as if they were waiting for us their whole shift. We were impressed and grateful. The sale people were able to find some cute outfit for us and a great couple shorts for work. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you guys ❤

I can not get anyone to help me view a rug Id like to see in a pile in the furniture department, (clearance section) I have visited 3 times. I thought I could not afford the one I like, yet I have not been able to see it because no one is available to pull it from the pile...It seems since the rug is on clearance the staff will not make it available for me to see.

I haven't been in a Macy's in months.. Low on merchandise in most departments and no sales help to be found. I keep hearing they are going to close. It's no wonder.

Do not buy furniture here!! We spent almost $5,000.00 on a Macy’s leather sectional and purchased the “worry free” warranty which they assured us would cover anything defective in the furniture. Well, three years later they will not cover a defective headrest. They claim it is not covered due to “vandalism and neglect”. The furniture has been sitting in my basement! Not sure how that’s vandalism or neglect!?! I just want to warn everybody to stay away, unless you want to waste a lot of money on furniture that won’t last and they won’t cover under their warranty.
