No consistency in teachers. Staff takes the frustration on the kids. Kids will be kids. If they are not able to handle it they start stating the kids are bad and behavior isn’t acceptable. 4 teachers have been in my kids class since being there for only 3 months. My kid has had more incidents and bruising than any other daycare. I thought stem schools would have the resources but they don’t. They blame the kids and parents instead of taking responsibility themselves. Poor communication anytime you reach out they are not there or ignore your response. My kid still had poop when picked up. With a rash and burn in her butt. After all we Endured they have the audacity to tell us mid week that my kid is no longer allowed to return. Not giving me ample time to find care. They are very inconsiderate, money driven, and they definitely lack diversity there. Be aware if you’re not Caucasian, your kid is not gonna be treated well.

Sharing anonymously to protect my children’s information. We absolutely love it here at NH of Lone Tree. Our kids are excited to come everyday and our experience has been positive. The teachers are engaging and polite to both our children and us. Despite the changes in directors lately, the assistant director has always been incredible. Ms.Shelby is professional, helpful and polite during every interaction and always makes us feel welcome. The facility is always clean and decorated nicely. My kids love Ms.Shelby’s festive desk decorations. We will definitely be recommending this center to all our friends in the area who are or will be looking for childcare. Thank you!

I had a tour of the school and I was extremely impressed with the facility. The director who gave me the tour seemed extremely nice, informative and really was interactive with all the kids as she showed me around. The kids seemed really happy and having a good time. The assistant director also helped me and she was very nice and positive. Overall, I really liked everything about it.

This school has done a 360 turn for the better compared to a few months ago! The communication has gotten so much better and the new leadership team has cleaned out the negative and now its all positive. Jordan, Char, & Shelby are an amazing team! if anyone left because of mangement in the past, come back and see the difference. its clesn and organzied and staff really care for their children here!

Our family is beyond excited to join NEW Horizon school in Lone Tree.
Our Daughter is really happy with her teachers and her new friends. Love to see her thrive!
Miss Maria and Miss Sonali are very professional and eager to listen and help.
When you enter the class, you can feel the warmth and enthusiasm of the children.
Love that for them all!
The director, Miss Carrie is very polite , professional and attentive.
Thank you all for making me feel at ease when I drop my kid to school, knowing that she will feel safe and encouraged to spread her wings!

I can’t recommend this school enough. Ms. Maria and Ms. Sonali have been incredible, caring teachers. I've been so impressed with the creative lesson plans and my son has blossomed in their class this year as a result. He's more confident, curious, and excited about learning. He is always proud to show us what he learned at school! I appreciate Ms. Maria and Ms. Sonali always going above and beyond to make each child feel special and valued.

Wouldn't recommend bringing your child here . The teacher Maria in the pre k class room is terrible ! My daughter started in the summer and this new teacher wasnt there for 2 weeks before she displayed her lack of professionalism! She even made a soft threat . After that I was DONE This school is very unorganized and you will get a feel of that once you see the Amazon packages scattered throughout the front lobby . Carrie, the director was also a bit rude. Not sure it's because of lack of staff or just her personality .They are always messing up on billing taking larger amounts than they should. No one ever answers the main phone line . It's a beautiful building, but you will soon realize why it's fairly empty and not many teachers either . Terrible experience!!

My son recently started at New Horizons in their preK program and I have been very impressed. The transition has been seamless, he thoroughly enjoys going to school, and he has some somewhat special needs that they have accommodated without question. The app that they use for updates during the day is great. He loves his teacher and tells me things that he has learned everyday (which is also told to parents on the app, but nice that my kid can come home later and tell me accurately as well). I was super nervous about this transition and delayed the start based on my anxieties, and I wish I hadn’t. Super excited for this preK year at NHA!

We have been very satisfied with our experience thus far at New Horizon Academy. Our daughters have exceptional care here. The curriculum is fantastic. Our girls learn so much and they have a blast while doing so! We’ve met so many new friends while here. The staff is warm and friendly. For a little over a year now, both of our girls are often in the care of Miss Katie and Miss Christine. We absolutely adore these teachers. They both exhibit open communication with us and give lots of updates throughout the day when our children are in their classrooms. We know our kids are loved and well cared for at NHA!

Our first baby started when he was 3 months old and his teachers have been amazing!! We are taking a break for the summer but we will be back! So grateful for caring teachers. It made our first daycare experience wonderful! Highly recommend!

New Horizon Academy is a wonderful environment for families that are looking for a fantastic educational program for children. I have been teaching for over 21 years, and New Horizon Academy in Lone Tree has been the most awarding school I have been at. I have been with New Horizon for 3 years, and even have my own children attend. The teachers have such compassion for every child, and it shows that they truly love what they do as educators. The director Monica is one of the most amazing directors I have seen in the early education field. She not only cares about the families who come through the doors on a daily basis, but also goes above and beyond for her teachers. If you are looking for a school that can brighten your child's life and future, New Horizon Academy in Lone Tree is the place to come see!

We absolutely cherish the time our child has spent at New Horizon! Monica is an amazing director who cares so much for the children and their families! The amazing teachers have helped our child thrive daily & grow so much! Our child is off to kindergarten, but soon our second child will start here! We wouldn’t send him anywhere else!

My 2, almost 3, year old son has been attending New Horizon Academy for the past 2 months. This is our third daycare since he was 10 wks old, and I will say the absolute best experience we have had! He LOVES his teachers, he calls Mrs. Maurissa a princess, and has learned so much in the time he has started. The building is clean, safe, and inviting for the kiddos. They have an incredible "great room" for play time when the kids can't go outside. Every single day I receive updates on activities and curriculums my son is participating in and he comes home happy and stimulated! He loves going to school, which is a first in his daycare career. The director, Monica, has been absolutely wonderful. I love her "open door" policy as she is very visible and present in the facility. She greets people by name and with a smile. I'm happy to say we've finally found our daycare "home!"

NHA Lone Tree is a great school. The staff you can tell really care about the children they care for. The Director and Assistant Director work super hard to make NHA Lone Tree a great place for children to come and learn and they make it a great place to work .
