Kelly is great & so friendly! The food is always great. I had the tomato bisque soup and it's so delicious. And, all the salads are fresh and delicious as well. So enjoy going there!

Nordstrom at Park Meadows Mall is a toxic workplace. There is a lack of company core values and management does not follow the company's core values. Employees are not acknowledged or rewarded for their efforts of a job well done. Management publicly criticize and reprimand their employees. There is also excessive micromanagement. The leadership is disrespectful and toxic because of bullying and harassment. There is inadequate employee development opportunities and absence of employee feedback and input. There is poor morale because of negative office politics and gossip. Management ignores employee's mental health and well-being. Employees often show up late or miss work and the turnover rate is high.

Marilyn greeted me. She is so friendly and fun. My server was on top of everything. I was looking for a quiet place to have a great meal - it was that and more. I will definitely go back!

Server was less than enthusiastic to serve us with almost no one in the restaurant. For the price, food is not a great value. It's definitely gone a bit down hill over the years.

During a recent shopping experience with my partner, we encountered a distressing situation. Upon requesting access to a fitting room, I was informed in an unexpected manner that men were not permitted inside, directing me to wait in a different area. This incident caught me off guard, as there were no signs or policies indicating such gender-specific restrictions. The interaction left me feeling quite unsettled, especially considering the lack of clear communication from the store's side.This occurrence highlights a significant oversight in customer service and the store's approach to inclusivity. The absence of visible guidelines on fitting room usage resulted in an uncomfortable and embarrassing moment, particularly as the message was delivered by a significantly younger staff member. Such experiences can lead to feelings of humiliation and disrespect among customers, undermining their shopping experience.Moreover, the fitting room arrangements did not accommodate the needs of couples wishing to try on clothes together and make joint decisions. It seems short-sighted to alienate and discomfort one half of a partnership in such a scenario. This practice not only diminishes the overall customer experience but also reflects poorly on the store's understanding of modern shopping habits and the importance of providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all patrons.Nordstrom's has lost two customers.

I will be honest I don’t shop at Nordstrom very often, but I want to give my praises to one of the employees there, Asmeret. Iwas gifted a pair of uggs for Christmas. By the time it was all said and done, I took sooo long trying to make up my mind on what color/pair/size I should go with and Asmeret was so extremely patient and kind with me. I was nervous about how indecisive I was but she continued to reassure me, and be patient and kind with me. This Nordstrom location is so lucky to have her!! Thanks for all your help girl! ??

I really like the food here, and the mountain view if sitting in a booth by the windows is pretty. The hostess was very friendly and sincere. Our server was only so-so. She didn't know the menu very well, and was not able to answer our questions. She wasn't rude, but she definitely was not friendly. She looked sick with red eyes, wearing a mask and looked like she would rather be anywhere else besides working. Still, my friend and I had a breakfast sandwich and the turkey avocado sandwich-both delicious. It was not crowded at 1130am, though I have been here when it was very crowded. Nice place for gal's lunch.

We absolutely love this place. Went here for lunch last week with the hubs! I had the mushroom ravioli & he has the turkey club. Both were delicious! We had the ricotta lemon cookie for dessert. It was great!
