Awful customer service. Went to return two items without a receipt and the store manager refused to take them back because I had bought them more than 30 days ago. The items were still being sold in store, visibly on display as I was asking to return them. The manager was rude and argued with me, did nothing to resolve the issue, not even offer store credit, and ultimately refused my return. Unnecessarily strict return policy and terrible customer service.

I get my work clothes from here. Placed 2 orders in store and both didn't send full order because item wasn't in stock. Same thing happened when I ordered online. Sizes run big.

Store looks always well organized, Heather was so helpful to let me know all the different kinds of flannel shirts. The cashier was very nice to let me know all the savings I was receiving.

Don't buy a gift card - unless you want problems!! Came to this location AFTER I was turned away from the Southglenn location, with a gift card that was purchased here with the original receipt. Multiple "managers" tried to assist me - including calling a 1-800 number and pretending to be me - seriously, you don't have a phone number / website employees can use for help?? Ridiculous. Wasted my whole afternoon dealing with this nonsense only to be told the General Manager was on vacation and I would have to wait for her return. How is that my problem again?? Thanks Park Meadows Old Navy for doing everything possible to turn your employees' mistake into my problem!! Will not shop here again

Easy place to get in and out of. We needed a couple of shirts and weee able to complete our list within a couple of minutes. Value is great as well was the service.

I buy a lot of clothes at Old Navy since I have five kids. This particular location drives me crazy because of the buzz in their overhead speakers they can't be bothered to fix. Every time I walk in I want to get out as soon as possible! That said, like all locations average quality clothes at low prices. Great for kids.

When I was checking out I was asked 8 times if I wanted to open a store card. 8 after I said no to the credit card. My husband was with me was shocked. I said no polity and the lady ignored me and kept on with her sales pitch several more times. Made for a vary uncomfortable buying experience. It’s too much. No is no! Totally puts me off shopping there.

Such kind associates at this location! From the fitting room to the checkout where the cashier gave my daughter a ball & a quarter to get a second ball, everyone was kind & helpful!
