Came here on a cold windy day for a pedicure with my mom. We asked multiple multiple times if they could make the water hotter and they never turned up the temperature just turned the nozzle up. The water was cold the entire time and we were freezing. The ladies didn't make any effort for conversation just mumbled between each other. I understand some people don't want to talk the whole time and just relax but at least make an effort? It was very awkward. We also picked the 2nd pedicure option for a longer massage with the scrubs and warm towels and the massages were extremely short and the towels were lukewarm barely warmer than the water. They had 6 people working, 4 of which were doing mani/pedi and the other two were just hanging out. I was very disappointed and will not be returning unfortunately.

Honestly one of the best experiences I have had getting my nails done. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. They took the time to make sure I was happy with the shape, gave a fantastic massage. Just overall wonderful

In 30 yrs in living nearby, this was only my second time to come to OP Nails. I came once years ago and had a less than satisfactory experience. Today I came back because of all the great reviews and I’m so glad I did!
Henry was meticulous and the end result was like night and day. The check in process was great and the place is sparkling clean. I’m so happy that I found this place (again) and that it’s super close to my house.

They are always so accommodating and nice. I've tried many nail salons in the area and by far their customer service has been the most friendly as well as their nail technicians always do a great job.

Tina is the best, never disappointed with my manicure/pedicure! She is so good even when I wait too long too get an appointment, she makes my nails look great again.. she is so pleasant & kind and exceptionally good at her job.

I’ve been getting pedicures from this place for a few years now. I’ve moved to Alaska and visit Colorado twice a year and I always get a pedicure here. This was the best pedicure I’ve had here yet!Service: Pedicure
