“Just went to Big Tool Box to get my wife a Stihl Weed Wacker for her birthday (don't judge me) Parking lot and store were PACKED. I almost said the heck with fighting this crowd and turned around to go get her a Wakmart Ironing Board, but I love her dearly so I put on a patient brave face and joined the masses - I went to the well marked Stihl section and picked out the one I wanted and because of how busy it was I figured I would have to wait a while. Nope - Daniel was able to help me with all the needed accessories and get me checked out and downstairs for the initial start-up. In and out in 10 minutes with amazing competent service. In the valley of the blind the man with one eye is king- Consider Big Tool Box the King”

We were greeted by Jackson with a warm smile and he made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. He walked us through what to expect with our choice of paint colors, what finishes to choose and helped us estimate our quantity. Jackson was very knowledgeable about all the products we needed and set us up for success.
