We brought my mother in law today for her birthday gift. The lady was very much get something already , pay and leave. She lacked people skills and knowledge as well. I told my husband he could use his military discount or that I could use my teacher discount. She said “oh no, we don’t do teacher discounts anymore “ if you visit the pandora website it states they do… not sure if she thought we were lying to her but we obviously were able to provide ids and go through the ID me website. Everything checked out. She then played around and said “ that’s not hard at all, idk why other people can’t get it done” … my husband and I just looked at each other and just uncomfortably chuckled. Her name is Laura. I have gone to plenty of pandoras and by far the staff here has been by far the worst staff.

The sales associate with the long curly brown hair and a heavy set frame is very rude here. Not really sure why. I have purchased quite a few items from the Castle Rock location and they are always pleasant. Won’t be back.

Terrible experience. Manager was rude and unprofessional. Told me to re gift it after I told her my two daughters bought it for me 5 days ago. She could care less and all I wanted to do was exchange for a smaller size since it was falling off my wrist… this was at Park Meadows. I will never give them my business there again.

Went to Pandora today and had an excellent experiences there everyone was so helpful. Especially Malana she was extremely helpful and had great customer services.

I missed the other girls name, but she was working on the night of 01/07/25 and had a cute bow on!
Just had the pleasure of interacting with the friendliest employees EVER! We came in 10 minutes before close (please DON’T do what I did), and were helped primarily by Evelyn (but both ladies were SO so so Kind!!!)
I just went in to buy my first charm bracelet and expected it to be quick, but it was taking me longer than anticipated. Not only were the staff friendly and patient at this location, but they were INCREDIBLY helpful! I came in feeling overwhelmed with options and nervous about the time, but I left feeling excited and confident in my purchase. I feel so grateful! Thank you, you two! I will definitely be back! <3

The staff here is pretty rude. I’ve been here at least 5 times and they’re never super friendly but today was especially bad. I ordered an over $100 earring set online for store pickup. Walked in and they had the wrong earrings set aside for me to pickup. No big deal, but I do store pickup for convenience and making me wait 5 minutes for them to find them wasn’t convenient but an even worse offense is that the person giving me the order was rude. They attempted to just give me the earrings in the cheap plastic bag they come in? After pushing them to, they handed me a box (they didn’t even put the earrings in) and didn’t give me a bag lol. Thanks I’ll just walk to my car and across a busy mall with a little bag of earrings and package them myself? I walk to my car which is a mission at Christmas time to actually place them in the box and the earrings are mismatched. One was the correct earring and one was a different style. So obviously I had to walk all the way back to correct this. Definitely a deep-rooted issue seeing as rudeness is a common symptom here according to other reviews. I also can’t deal with the quality control issues. The manager was nice and apologetic when I returned for the correct set, but I just can’t put myself in a position to spend money and be treated poorly.

Honestly if i could give 0 stars I would. My partner & I came in the other day looking for a specific necklace but another worker was busy so we were just looking around. They at greeted us at least, but another person came onto the floor and didn't greet us nor tried to help us. Instead they were just looking at us. We are both Mexican and it sucks to feel that we were just profiled. We left disappointed & my partner just ended up buying the necklace online.

Aubree was fantastic and took great care of us. Back story… got my mother the gold bracelet at the Flat Irons location, which turned her wrist black. She was on her 30th day, and they refused to do a return or exchange. The employee and manager on duty were extremely rude and not willing to help my mother. I called the Park Meadows location to see if they could help, Aubree the manager heard the issue and was so sweet apologizing for the treatment we received. She asked for us to bring it in to clean first. She stated that if the cleaning didn’t solve the issue or even if it did and my mom still wanted to they could process the exchange. We drove an hour to Park Meadows with 30 minutes until closing and Aubree took care of us as if she had the whole day left. Not a single moment did we feel rushed.
She was amazing, and will recommend anyone make the drive to get great service!

If I could give a 0 star, that would be pretty amazing…..Today, me and my family stop at Pandora. We were shopping for a gift for a friend when we arrive at the store there was only one sale person. Her name was Brenda she was helping another family. She seemed pretty nice because she was giving great customer service to that family, so me and my family decide to wait about 20 minutes or so… When Brenda was finally able to help us she became another person She was extremely rude to me and my family. She did not wanted to show us anything she was ignoring us when we want to see a charm she seen irritated towards us She was giving us an attitude when we wanted to pay she told us there was no gift boxes no tissue no bags, or anything she was extremely Mean to us, for no reason after we waited for her customer service my family and I are very disappointed because we love the store. I feel like she should keep the same customer service as the other family to us but she didn’t. She treated us totally different she was extremely rude, and I won’t ever wanna go there again to see her face .

I just want to give a shout out to the three employees at the Park Meadows Pandora store that helped over 15 customers when I was waiting to be helped they were patient. They were helpful they were friendly they were everything you would expect from somebody that offers customer service and works in retail CJ Michelle and Felicity did an amazing job today. I was there for about 30 40 minutes myself picking out charms and bracelets and no matter how busy they were. They took the time to check in and see if I was doing good if I needed anything else. I know there was some angry people that walked out because they were busy and they didn't wanna wait but I guess that's what happens when you only put three people in a busy store. I feel like all three of these people should be rewarded for the amazing job they did, I will continue to go back to the store. Make sure they're there for they get Commission on my purchases if they do get commission but if you ever want to have a great experience, ask for these three people amazing service, hands-down

Laura seemed to have an attitude with me and my family. She spoke Spanish but yet was very hesitant to help us, I bought a ring and my sister asked to get her bracelet cleaned but she said to come in another day. I understand she wanted to just help someone else but I payed for my product and we just wanted to get the cleaning that pandora says they always offer for their bracelet. We are customers as well and I didn’t appreciate her just shooing us away for another day, it didn’t seem like she had done that to anyone else.
