If I could give a 0 star, that would be pretty amazing…..Today, me and my family stop at Pandora. We were shopping for a gift for a friend when we arrive at the store there was only one sale person. Her name was Brenda she was helping another family. She seemed pretty nice because she was giving great customer service to that family, so me and my family decide to wait about 20 minutes or so… When Brenda was finally able to help us she became another person She was extremely rude to me and my family. She did not wanted to show us anything she was ignoring us when we want to see a charm she seen irritated towards us She was giving us an attitude when we wanted to pay she told us there was no gift boxes no tissue no bags, or anything she was extremely Mean to us, for no reason after we waited for her customer service my family and I are very disappointed because we love the store. I feel like she should keep the same customer service as the other family to us but she didn’t. She treated us totally different she was extremely rude, and I won’t ever wanna go there again to see her face .

I just want to give a shout out to the three employees at the Park Meadows Pandora store that helped over 15 customers when I was waiting to be helped they were patient. They were helpful they were friendly they were everything you would expect from somebody that offers customer service and works in retail CJ Michelle and Felicity did an amazing job today. I was there for about 30 40 minutes myself picking out charms and bracelets and no matter how busy they were. They took the time to check in and see if I was doing good if I needed anything else. I know there was some angry people that walked out because they were busy and they didn't wanna wait but I guess that's what happens when you only put three people in a busy store. I feel like all three of these people should be rewarded for the amazing job they did, I will continue to go back to the store. Make sure they're there for they get Commission on my purchases if they do get commission but if you ever want to have a great experience, ask for these three people amazing service, hands-down

Laura seemed to have an attitude with me and my family. She spoke Spanish but yet was very hesitant to help us, I bought a ring and my sister asked to get her bracelet cleaned but she said to come in another day. I understand she wanted to just help someone else but I payed for my product and we just wanted to get the cleaning that pandora says they always offer for their bracelet. We are customers as well and I didn’t appreciate her just shooing us away for another day, it didn’t seem like she had done that to anyone else.

If i could do a 0 i would , we came in and got skipped 2 different times but still stayed , then when the girl came up to us i needed to get a new bracelet because mine broke and it states online they do it up to two years so i asked her and she couldn't find my receipt and kept stating that since i exchanged it before i couldn't do it again but i never did warranty i just did it because the old bracelet was to big ! I do not recommend this place or any pandora in general worse costumer service i have ever received i will not be purchasing from a pandora ever again .

Customer service and communication are non-existent, they did everything they could to get us to leave quickly. It's really pathetic.

My 2 last visit in this store were son bad, the have a new staff, and this guys are rude and they don’t have a good customer service, the other staff always were so friendly and you received a good service, but now no, I’m definitely looking for an other store, because the service is terrible now

They’ve sold me a faulty bracelet which fell apart after wearing it once, went to the store to get it replaced, apparently you’d have to sign up for a warranty for more $. The guy at the store was friendly enough to make an exception since it was within 30 days but they don’t have my size of course. So know I’m stuck with an overpriced worthless piece of junk

Guy who was there had really bad attitude and really racist. I am asian thats why he looked down on me. I am there to get help on exchanging bracelet size. I told him about my infant children that i cannot have multiple trips. I came to the store but he was talking on my back with the another lady who was working there. I was giving pandora as gift to my precious people, but i will not use pandora again. This experience was really disappointing me.

Terrible customer service. The American America girl with the braids was rude when assisting us and when I asked for help from the old lady (sad for her working in retail) her response was "because you weren't ready when I asked you, I moved to a different customer." I do understand that but the tone that was used was not appropriate at all. I'll spend $2k on a bracelet somewhere else.

Kelsey, was so great! Best customerService I’ve ever received in Park Meadows mall.She helped my boyfriend and I at the same time. Although there was a huge line to getin, she took her time and did the best job.While simultaneously helping other workers.She’s the type of worker you feel good after spending a substantial amount of money in the store. Thank you Kelsey!

If there was a negative star rating option available I would definitely give this store and their staff a negative rating. I am very upset about what my wife and daughter have experienced there past few times while shopping here at Pandora. This store is a go-to not only for my wife who loves Pandora and all of their products but, also for our 3-year-old daughter. There has been encounters in the past with employees having attitudes, acting like they don't want to help, and just giving off very negative energy. This last encounter my wife and daughter had in the store made me feel not only uncomfortable for them but also having thoughts about safety. My wife came home and told me she overheard who she believes could be one of the store managers and two more employees talking and what she heard in the conversation was very concerning. My wife stated that this employee was talking about how she carries a firearm with her to work and is willing to shoot anybody who messes with her. This is not only concerning for my wife and child, but this is also very concerning for other customers and staff within the store. With mass shootings happening this is very scary and for a store to have an employee like this is even more concerning. Are other people's lives and safety not valued at Pandora? If this is the type of staff this store is going to have then it should be SHUT DOWN. Also whoever the store manager is of this establishment needs to be looked at because this is very concerning and really should not be allowed.

I came to leave a review about my experience yesterday, and I am not shocked to see that everyone seems to have the same experience with the employees. I was dealing with the manager last night. She was rude, rushing me, acting like I was bothering her whole day. She was texting on her phone and basically rolling her eyes at me. I was just doing a pick-up order, and I needed to get a different size. She didn't want to help me at all and was just mean about it. It seems like there needs to be a re-evaluation of the employees...especially the manager who was working last night!

I recently moved out of CO. Before I moved this would be my store for my Pandora jewelry. I am now writing this review cause the girls in this store are ridiculous. I’ve been in numerous situations where the girls are rude, impatient or just flat out have a bad attitude. I’m a customer who spends hundreds on Pandora each year. It’s not easy to order online either. If you’re buying pandora jewelry, you know it’s an in store experience to purchase rings or bracelets. Even when I go in to do a quality promise, they look at me sideways like I’m inconveniencing them of their time, like it’s not their job or something. I love interacting with one girl in particular and she’s the only one who’s made a pleasant experience for me. Having good customer service goes a long way cause I purchased a pair of earrings and another ring than I intended with her. Every other girl I’ve encountered is simply unpleasant. Hopefully I have better luck in my new state but these girls need customer service training.
