THIS TEAM IS AMAZING. My little has been going there since November, and naturally as a mother i was so scared the first day. They really put their all into this. My little lights up when he sees all the teachers and they light up when they see him. I wouldn't take my little anywhere else but here. Thank you all!!!

I am immensely grateful for the care my daughter is receiving since close to 2.5 years. Her speech and language skills have grown impressively. She is receiving age level learning like writing, painting, alphabets and numbers. Thankful to Ms Monica, Ms. Shannon and their team for how they manage the center and take care of kids. I would recommend this daycare to anyone who prioritize care along with learning for kids.

Our child was struggling at his old center and since he switched to this center he has learned so much! He always comes home telling us about his day and what new things he learned, he talks about how much he loves his teacher and that’s a big improvement to have a child who loves going to school. We recently switched our younger child to this center as we love the care we receive within!

I brought my daughter here when she was little so it was a no brainer to bring my grandson. Love the staff and leadership! Baby has done so well and learns everyday. The photos posted in the app are a great way to feel connected to him during the day. Thanks for all you do for him!

Teachers are amazing here and really care about the kids but the cleanliness standards were concerning. My son was there for about 6 weeks and during that time had 2 ear infections, hand foot and mouth and his last week there a note regarding RSV in the infant room was sent. When I brought the concerns up, I was told that because my son was teething that’s were the infections were coming from. I disagree as he had 8 teeth before entering the school and never had any of those illnesses. I understand “illness is the nature of group care” but once I removed my son from there that location and took him to a center that had professional cleaners every day he had no issues, hardly a fever over the next year.

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I started taking me baby there when he was 7 months old. The assistant director seemed to have a genuine care and compassion for children. I will say that most of the regular teachers in the infant room were kind and caring; however, as time passed, I started to notice many things that did not sit well with me. The first thing that became evident was the lack of cleanliness in the facility. I watched several people entering the infant room without shoe covers or removing shoes, which is a problem since the infants crawl, scoot, and play on the floors. My baby contracted several illnesses while attending this daycare. He was also sent home with a diaper on that was not his even though he had plenty of his own in center and 3 sizes too small. He had red marks on his legs and waist from the small size. The common areas, doors, floors, and walls were visible soiled. Another thing I observed which was infuriating, was several of the teachers in charge of the pre K children were consistently yelling at the children both during my drop off time and pick up time. This was done so in front of the director on more than one occasion. During one particular incident, it must have been apparent by the facial expression I was making that I did not agree with how I was observing the children being treated, the director took note of my expression and shouted, " have a great day!" to me over the classroom half wall. I overheard not only the teachers but the director, gossiping about some of the other parents of the children attending. I witnessed several teachers more interested in their phones than the children in their charge, all in sight of the director. Additionally, I was asked to pay an annual registration fee only a few months after paying this fee at enrollment. When I questioned the fee, which by definition is an annual fee, the director could not provide me with the enrollment agreement. Furthermore, she blamed the fee on the corporation stating that usually the fee is charged later in the year but this year they decided to charge it early. The last straw come when I picked my child up early one day. As I arrived to the classroom, I observed several adults in the infant room which I did not know and had not seen there before. I found my child asleep in a ball pit. He was in a position which looked like he was sitting with his legs extended in front of him and the upper half of his body laying over his legs. Essentially, folded in half. His face was visibly red. I imagine he was having some respiratory distress. This kind of sleeping is extremely dangerous and could have potentially resulted in serious harm and even death....Who knows if these kinds of unsafe sleeping practices had occurred prior to my finding him this way. I took him out and never brought him back after that day. When I reached out to the director, she admitted to all the items outlined in my complaint, but also tried to place blame on me for not bringing these things to her attention before. I spent several thousand dollars for care at this facility but the care received was not comparable to the cost. There are several much better options in the area for child care. Please do your research and stay clear of this facility and this director.

This place has given my child trauma he had horrible things done to him and in my opinion these people are wolves in sheeps clothing. If your child reports anything to you that is out of the ordinary or seems as though it could be not true believe them! And call the police I wish I had sooner for my situation with my child.

Our daughter went to KinderCare for about a year and a half, starting when she was about 3 months old. Of course there are positives and negatives to any child care facility, but over time the cons eventually outweighed the pros, and we removed our daughter. We have a restricted diet, and they allowed us to bring (allergy friendly) food from home, which was great. They also allow cloth diapers. The staff is also friendly. All good things. However, there is constant turn over. Not a single person who worked there on her first day was still there on her last. Teachers are moved around from room to room, often without notice, so there was no consistency, and we might not even know who she was with. Here are the major reasons we ultimately decided to pull our daughter from this facility (there were several other little annoyances that factored in, but wouldn't have prompted us to leave):1. Our daughter is small, about 5th percentile, so when she moved up to the toddler room, she would always get sent back to the infant room to keep proper ratios of teacher to kids. I was told this was because she was the youngest, but I know that to be untrue, because there were younger kids than her in the toddler room. To be fair, there were times when it was her and another child, but if only one needed to move, it was always her. This happened until she was 18 months old, and was too old to be in the infant room anymore. She was slow to talk, but she's a smart kid and the infant room was not developmentally appropriate for her. This also caused her to miss her second outside time several times a week.2. Morning dropoffs were very disorganized. We never knew which room she would be in (again, no consistency). But the biggest problem was that there were not enough teachers there early. The maximum ratio for her age is 5 kids per teacher, but I often saw 7 or 8 kids per teacher. There was one day that I counted 12 kids and one teacher, and when I went to drop her off in a room with older kids where there were fewer, I was told she "had" stay in the room that already had way too many kids.3. I found responsiveness to be a serious issue. I brought up the concern of way too many kids per teacher and got no response, ever. I brought up the issue of her always being sent to infants instead of taking turns among kids who were young enough, and although the response I got to that was positive, nothing actually changed. I requested a policy handbook but never got one, despite being told it would be left in her folder. And on and on in the same manner.4. This one is out of the control of the facility, but nonetheless, the last major reason for leaving was other parents. I want to be clear that this is absolutely, 1000% not a judgement of other children who attend here. There were some perfectly normal, nice people, but there were also some rather undesirable characters, too. When I say "undesirable", I mean parents who act like they want to be gangsters, or think they live in the ghetto (hello, we're in suburbia), or come in high on meth (or other drugs), etc.

We ended up pulling our kids out because my 5 month old son went 2 times within a week with out being fed for over 5 hours. This was a second go at a kindercare facility. Both experiences were not the best. I do not recommend putting your children in kindercare's care.
