I love these guys. They literally saved my life! I noticed a nail in one of my back tires. (Which are new. I did buy them from Pep Boys just a few weeks ago with the hazard warranty.) I took my car in first thing the next morning. Not only did they have my car in and out in an hour. They checked all of my tires. I had a second nail in my other back tire that was 2" long! I'm not over exaggerating. I'm on C470 everyday. I would have had a serious blowout on a fast pace road. I cannot thank you enough Jon the stores service writer and the guys on the shop for making me feel like I picked the right place to buy my tires! All of this was taken care of at no cost. I'm feeling so grateful. #HerosOfTheRoads

Very little professionalism here. Main guy at the front desk in the mornings needs to be removed. What a terrible way to represent Pep Boys Corporate.

I had a wheel balance issue and needed tires bad! John was super helpful and very honest! He took time to help me look at and discuss my options for tires for my 4Runner! John, Wade, Alan, Derrick and Bruce were all amazing!! They did a great job on installing my tires!! They checked and fixed my alignment too!! I’m very happy the service they all provided!! My truck drives so smooth now!! I won’t be taking my 4Runner anywhere else!! Thank you guys again!!

Friendly staff but took almost 3 hours for an oil change, with an appt, and paperwork says they completed a tire rotation but they didn't.

We've had to go in twice now, once for my wife's car, the other for mine. Both times they correctly diagnosed the issue, and completed the repairs very quickly and professionally. The repair time on my car in particular was exceptionally fast and left me very impressed. Can't recommend this place enough! They'll do it right and do it right the first time!

The deal was good, but the service was not completed because it was cold and they couldn't do the compressor testing and I had to reschedule my appointment. I think they should have told me that before doing any testing, but they still charged me. As if they had reviewed it 100% and that didn't seem right to me, I asked if they would charge me again and that part was not clear to me. Also, after I had the test done, my car had a fault in the electrical system and I was forced to take it to the electrician and pay $120 dollars for the test.

The manager john is extremely unprofessional and has not filed an insurance claim for an accident HIS EMPLOYEE DERRICK CAUSED. He is refusing to give me their insurance information.
Dropped my car off for a simple tire rotation (which apparently you have to leave your car for AN ENTIRE BUSINESS DAY to get done)
Received a call someone backed into my car. Once I arrived was finally notified that the employee Derrick backed into another vehicle.
Just so everyone is aware. This employee backed my car with a BACKUP CAMERA into another vehicle and Pep Boys, particularly JOHN THE SERVICE MANAGER is taking no responsibility and has yet to file an insurance claim.
Update: John Staats the service manager hung up on me when I called ask for a claim number or some form of update on the damage his rep caused.

Stay away from this place. Shameless. Dishonest.
My tire had a screw partially embedded in the thread. They took a look and said it could not be repaired and that I needed to replace all 4 tires at once. This is obviously a lie and a scam to make me buy tires. Took my car to Honda and they patched the hole right away.
