I had the absolute worst experience shopping at this store with customer service. The manager at this store, I believe her name is Miranda (she has black hair that’s slit back) has the worst communication skills and is absolutely rude. If I was at a Dollar Tree store, I would have received much better service from their manager. I will never shop at this store in the future because of the poor leadership skills exemplified by Miranda. I am in the process of getting a custom built home and I was going to outfit my new house with Pottery Barn furniture and accessories, along with my kids’ rooms with it at Pottery Barn for Kids, but now I will steer clear away from ever buying anything from them ever again. I have also informed my experiences with my entire friends, family, and clients of the experience I received so they will never have to experience it themselves.

Really bad customer service at Park Meadows. I scheduled a design meeting with Julie to select Christmas decorations for my living room. Julie was pretty useless. I mean, not a thing to recommend, she'll get back to me by email in a few weeks. Really?! I then drove over to the Aspen Grove PB and in less than an hour, Cyndy choose a variety of lovely items, rang them up for less than $1,000, and I was on my way.

Horrible experience! I bought a table and chairs that were expected to be delivered by the end of October at least that’s what the sales person at pottery barn told us .we are past Oct and still not table called customer service and said delivery will be aprox the end of December. What a waste of my time I of course cancelled this order.

Listen to the 1 star reviews. This isn’t a real home goods company anymore. It’s owed and operated by a hedge fund.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employee who assisted us was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. My wife and I left feeling completely disrespected, and it’s clear this location needs serious management attention. I would strongly caution others before dealing with staff here.

Couldn’t locate it, even with the help of google maps. For the better, I suppose. The photos tell the inventory has nothing to do with pottery.

Poor customer service in this store. Not all locations are like this. Just use this store to look at the furniture and then order from another store or using an online Pottery Barn designer. You will get a much better response.

Horrible customer service. Also dropped 2k on dining room chairs and have not received any communication whatsoever on delivery, it’s well past the delivery date. Yuck won’t be buying from this company again.

As a long time pottery barn customer and card holder, this may be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pottery barn store. The store was completely empty without customers, and the employees were taking instagram photos and unwilling to help answer questions. We were ready to spend a lot of money, and the women literally rolled her eyes when we asked if things were in stock- even with SKU numbers ready to go. The most rude customer service I may have ever seen in a store. For such a large and beautiful location, this was a huge disappointment.

Miranda, one of the managers, needs to desperately work on her communication skills and customer service. She continually cut me off while trying to ask a question, instantly stating no that's not possible without hearing my request first. Then when I said that I have had pleasant results from customer service over the 1-800 number she stated that in her 12 years she hadn't received such an experience. With her demeanor, it's not surprising. Based off of my interaction with Miranda alone, I will try to avoid purchasing here and will also direct my clients elsewhere.

Helpful, I made a return and order. There was no waiting and my questions were answered.

This is for the Lone tree Park Meadows mall store. Sad to write a review. If the manager of the store had been nice and kind, I would not have to take the time to come here. I have been to Pottery Barn in Lone tree CO a few times, and the few times I was at their store Julie was no help. Actually, was more like she was doing me a favor. I asked for her help this morning and she flat out said she could not help me. Well, I thought about calling the manager later on hoping that would be different. I spoke to Lisa the manager. First, she didnt even say sorry she didnt even apologize. I guess they dont care about customer experience ratings. Second, she was talking to me like if she was irritated about something. That was my last time at that store. I would rather drive to Aspen Grove where they care about the customers. You should be in a different business NOT customer service.

As many have said, the employees here act as if they are doing you a favor. Lisa the manager is rude and I can see why other employees feel they have the right to treat customers this way. The youngest woman who works there is afraid to even answer question. And don’t let me start on the older woman who puts things in your car for pick up. I’m convinced she doesn’t like her job or people. I will be back to supporting local furniture stores with American made products.
