I recently moved into a 5x10 unit, only to realize it was too small. Tom and Dan were awesome helping me get setup with a 10x10 space a few days later. Great communication and self-service facility!

Bait and Switch-
I rented from this Public Storage location 6 months ago based on their semi-annual 50% off deal. Expecting this to be too good to be true, I spoke to Daniel about the specifics of the plan and was told that I'd be paying half what I'd otherwise pay... for the length of the contract.
I expected incremental rate increases but it's barely 6 months later and my rate has increased almost an additional 50% from $58 to $84. I've researched other local locations and have found rates for the same size unit ranging from $87 to $109 with the only outlier being Public Storage, where the rate is a whopping $175.
So, they offer a great rate, have you move your things in, then tell you that you're still getting 50% of what you'd "otherwise get HERE" based on their rate which is massively inflated compared to the local market average.
More than just a little disappointed, I guess I'm moving all of my things... again.

Update from 3 to 1: Pull up on a Saturday to move things in and no notice, roads are being paved on a Saturday and you have 0 access to your unit. They say sorry you weren’t notified try again tomorrow and do nothing about it. If you go 1 day over your allotted rental time though, they would charge you a full month.
1 exit and people just park in front of the exit and nothing is done about it.
Lack of Move In/Out Convenience
Staff very friendly and make sure to call to answer questions before move in.
App is convenient.
Price is good
My biggest complaint is convenience when actually moving in and out - specifically the climate controlled space in the back. Building 6
- there is one entrance to get to all 200 units. When moving in. 4 different customers were moving in.
- there is also, 1 cart for all 200 units… again 4 customers trying to move in at once.
- door to the building locked all day this Saturday and has no way to prop the door open.
- where you park to load is on an incline so someones cart ran right into someone else’s cart while loading.
- last thing is size of hallways. They are pretty small so if you have anything bigger than a medium sized couch, it is going to be a big pain to move it in

I was so relieved to get a phone call from Louis at the time of closing out my storage units. Att 71 I have a hard time navigating the internet on my phone to pay the bill then I also forgot my password. The phone call was a great relief.Previously Julie was a fabulous help at the front desk. I even considered hiring her for a management position at a company I own.This storage was always clean & proved to be safe for my antique furniture.

We recently move our office into area and we were looking for relatively close storage.David is super nice and helpful.He answer all the concerns and doubts.He helped changing unit without any hesitation.Highly recommended.
