The technician was great, but the computer system was very bad. My wife had to run to the doctor's office and get the paper order because Quest did not have it on the computer even though it was sent to Quest a week prior.

This place was sooo busy and ran with great precision by only one person in the afternoon--Antoinette! She did an incredible job assisting me and so many other patients! Antoinette was so kind, empathetic, humorous, and efficient. She helped so many patients so quickly and is a true gem to this lab! Thank you so much!
