Came in during the afternoon after my previous boots had fallen apart at my job. I was promptly greeted by Seth and we got right into finding a pair of boots that would work for me. I was measured and walking pattern was identified to fine the right souls for my feet. He showed personal recommended and popular seller. I tried both and found what I needed. No pressure just respectful and attentive customer service! They also come with a solid warranty and care services!!

David was extremely helpful in identifying the boots that fit my feet based on the scan, while also explaining the various aspects of each boot, inserts and sock options. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.

I bought boots there. Seth, the employee there, was very helpful. The 3D foot scan and dynamic motion scan was cool as well. Even if I definitely got talked into buying more than I probably needed in terms of footwear care and socks, 10/10 would recommend.
