I wanted to try a new pillow due to cervical spine surgery. I was really happy with the help I received in the store. The sales associate spent a lot of time with me, and the pillow has been great.

My husband and I purchased a massage chair and had a great experience from the start. We initially came in to try a brand that a big box retailer sells but it’s hard to find. Once we each tried it we realized it was not what we wanted. We had compared many of the top brands and tried the Quantum Cozzia. We fell in love with the foot and leg stretching and the general over all feel of the rollers.
We came back a few times to try it and were always greeted nicely and allowed to try them and ask questions. Ultimately this one was so quiet and for our taller bodies best.
We purchased and it was delivered about a week later. The installers were very professional and installed it quickly with no issues.
We love the char we purchased and after a lot of research, we think this is the best for us.

Excellent service from the friendly, knowledgeable, professional team at the Glendale Store on Colorado Blvd. They helped me find the perfect recliner and it was delivered promptly and set up by a great delivery crew. My thanks to Trey, Eileen, and Kyle. And the delivery guys were excellent—Maurice & Omar. I also need a new office chair and Relax The Back is now my go to store.

Dustin at the Lone Tree store was extremely helpful. I purchased The Perfect Chair extreme model. It was delivered and set up the next day. Great chair, great service.

The chair I wanted was ordered incorrectly by the salesperson. I waited 10 weeks - only to immediately return the incorrect chair and still had to pay the delivery fee.

Like the other reviews said, Dustin is a good dude and knows his stuff, he’s been quick to help and very knowledgeable. I’m working on finding a new pillow and their trial/exchange option has been a great experience.

Dustin was very helpful with his recommendations on an inversion table that addressed my needs. The table wasn’t in stock at this location but he got one in the next day and even put it together for me so it was ready for immediate use once I brought it home. I am very pleased with the service and help I received from Dustin and the use of the Teeter inversion table!

These folks are incredibly friendly, super helpful, and just plain kind. I thoroughly enjoyed shopping in their store. They were sweet to my kiddos while I was shopping, and were super patient as I tried out the various pillow options.
