Took weeks to set up an account on line. Once that was done went into the branch to ask about an auto loan. All employees acted like it was an inconvenience that they had a customer. The loan officer tried to talk me out of a loan because o was purchasing from a private party and that was “a lot of work”. Then the rate they gave was 10% higher than other offers I had received.

The drive thru is always neglected and slow. Customer service can and should be improved. I personally wish I could give a lower rating.

Went in for my banking. The teller greeted me as I walked in. Very helpful, friendly and courteous. She updated my information and was quick with the transaction. I have bern with RMLEFCU for a couple decades. My years out of state were easy, between the app, in app emails, and phone calls i was able to get loans, certificates of deposit, cashiers checks, and any banking need was met with quick and courteous service.

Normally when I come to this bank, the tellers are really nice. Today I went to make a deposit. I sent over my checks and info and waited, never saw anyone and was never greeted. I waited for a bit and no one came to the window so I utilized the call teller button. A lady came out and was like "can I help you?" I'm thinking maybe they didn't realize I was there, as no one ever acknowledged me to this point, I let her know I sent the tube over. The girl said "she's working on it." A little while later a second lady comes out, sends my tube back and just says "stand by." Nothing more. No follow up to see if there was anything else I needed, nothing. It doesn't take much to acknowledge someone when they've come to your place of business. Poor customer service. In terms grand scheme of life this isn't a big deal, but problems only continue to be problems if they are allowed to be problems. Maybe it was a bad day for this lady, but If this is the way she represents the business, it should be known.

Awful customer support!! So rude and condescending. Been banking here since I was a kid. Had my first car loan here and paid off early and you still treat me like mud. It’s probably because my name is different and you assume I must be a space alien or a demon if I’m not assumed to be white. My account information was stolen and I get told I’ll get called back after reporting my identity theft. Nope. I get laughed at instead and hung up on. And I still see the fraudulent charges on my account.
