They ignore you in favor of someone they view as likely to spend more money. They won’t hold anything, don’t allow returns and won’t make exchanges. Too bad I like some of their clothes.

Thank you Rosey s for your help finding this beautiful dress for a family wedding. I went into every (large chain) store in the mall. My last stop helped me find a unique dress. You were so helpful in selecting colors and sizes. I received tons of compliments at the wedding. Thank you! Nice to support a local business owner!

Don’t trust the washing instructions. Following the directions to a tee ruined my dress. Customer service is nonexistent.

This store has amazing clothing however, the staff will run you off! They don't stop talking and following you around the store. We wanted to purchase things but we just couldn't stand hearing their voices any longer. Left with nothing. Staff needs training
