Safeway is a convenient and friendly neighborhood grocery store. It offers a good experience with helpful service all around. The store is clean, fully stocked, and provides a timely, easy in-and-out shopping trip with lots of parking. Customers find a very nice selection of items, including some products that cannot be found elsewhere. The store features several departments: a bakery with customizable cakes and cupcakes, a deli with made-to-order party trays, a butcher's block with meat and seafood, and a produce department full of fresh fruits and vegetables, including a great selection of organic options. There are also fun, delicious desserts. For added convenience, services include Order Ahead pick-up for bakery items, Grocery Delivery, and DriveUp & Go™. The floral department and a helpful pharmacy staff round out the offerings. While sometimes sparse of customers and employees, the store generally receives appreciation for its good service and consistent quality, serving customers' needs effectively.
When we were checking out our groceries in self checkout, Dominic was very nice and helpful, we had a great experience.

Average Safeway but very convenient. Have accidentally purchased multiple items that were expired, so check the expiration dates. Update, I have not run into this issue for some time. If you drink alcohol, the attached liquor store is convenient.
