We were pretty excited about this trial membership, just to see what Sam's might offer that Costco doesn't. Though we found a few gems, the lack of healthier, organic options in this day and age is astounding. My wife said she feels like we're back 20 years with the food options. Lots of cheap, unhealthy stuff, poorly displayed and little to no help. It's definitely a large Walmart w a few deals. We'll give it a few more runs over the year, but it just feels like a low budget Costco.

Can I leave 0 stars. We bought noodles and company gift cards for Christmas for my granddaughter. When she decided to use them she was told there was 0 balance on them. Of course Noodles said they could not help us and to go back to the store where we purchased them. When we went to Sam's we were told under no circumstances would they return our money and to go back to Noodles. Sam's sold them to us and not only would they not provide a refund they gave us no resources on how to get our money back. I am a member at both Costco and Sam's. I know Costco would have handled this immediately and offered us a refund. This is the reason Costco is packed ... their customer service is top notch along with their outstanding variety of merchandise... and why Sam's is always empty and continues to look like a picked over department star during the peak of Covid. We've been members since Sams started and have decided for the first time in decades not to renew our membership. This is a testament to what they've become!!

Usually I love the service over at the gas pumps with the two older gentlemen asking how people's days were, checking the window washer bins, but today I've seen a lady I've never seen at the pumps before. Honestly I almost lost it. She went up to everyone who wasn't "parked on the right side" and yelled at them. I over heard her do this to several people. Another thing. Yes I understand that the tanker was blocking off 2 pumps, but every time someone pulled up to the two that wernt blocked she'd go up and yell at them for pumping gas in front of the truck. She also went over to every person at every pump with her phone out telling them to take out their phones, she'd either take them or press buttons while they were holding them, and start doing a bunch of stuff on their phones. I doubt it has anything to do with tap to pay btw. Luckily she couldn't get to me. I don't know what's going on. But please bring back the two really nice older gentlemen. I hated what I saw today. Thebohoto included is her confronting an older guy who parked in the very first lane of pumps where the tanker truck always pulls up to refill gas into the pump system. She also did stuff on his phone.

Sam's Club is loaded with great products and outdoors items. I find clothes that I want and food costs at low prices.

Not a great experience, and this will be long. My wife and I bought gift cards last year at Christmas. We went to use them and were slightly embarrassed when we were told they had no balance and we should take them back to where they were purchased. I did so and was told by a man that was called over to call the number on the back of the card and they would help. Called the number only to find out that you can only check balance and find locations. Being on the parking lot went back inside to see what could be done. I asked the young lady at the service desk and she said that they could not be returned. I asked to speak to a manager. After a minute two men approached me and stood on the other side of the stanchions and the younger man "said sorry it is not our policy to return gift cards and it was written online and behind the register". I was not having a good day and having been in customer service for decades kind of had a melt down. First don't bring two people kind of seems ready for a fight and need back up, second approach me and introduce yourself, third ask questions on what is going wrong don't just start with it isn't our policy, fourth be empathetic tell me you understand how frustrating it must be and explain you would like to help but can't. I.E treat me like a person. When you tell me it is our policy that is simply telling me I don't matter and you don't want to help. Like I said I losted it and threw the cards at what I thought was a trash can but it was a shredder. I was then asked if I was going to pick them up, which I replied no. I was then asked to leave the store and told we were adults and I needed to respect him. I don't blame the young man I just feel no one taught him customer service. I then picked up the cards and left. I felt really bad and tried to call the store to apologize but the after choosing the option to speak with an associate it rang and rang and was never answered. I tried 3 times and was never answered on either of the three. I certainly apologize to the young man for my actions. I just wish people that tell me I need respect them and be an adult would understand it goes both ways and a little empathy would go a long way. I can't speak for my wife but I am done with Sam's Club but maybe you can fix it for others going forward. I also would like to mention I recently lost my 22 son and have been dealing with severe grief. Not an excuse for my actions but just to say you never know what someone is going through and empathy goes a long way. Hopefully this is used as what I feel it should be a teaching moment and not another excuse to say the customer was crazy, best of luck to your team.

We just arrived at 6:17 pm to shop at the Lone Club store and were turned away. The employee checking receipts had no idea the store hours posted on the door said they were open until 8. She called the manager and, while we were waiting, 6 other people came through the doors asking if the store was open and saying that it was supposed to be open until 8. Cesar came and told us the Club Manager had made the decision to wait until Sunday, November 26th to start the extended Sunday Holiday hours rather than honor the hours posted on the website, Google, and their own door. Seems like a weak cover for a huge managerial oversight.

I would rate zero stars if I could. The customer service has always been atrocious. The employees have zero respect for those with disabilities and have continued to demonstrate that even after speaking with managers and making complaints.

I shop this location every other week for my usual items and they are always in stock. I price compare between here and the 'other' big club warehouse and prices are almost always cheaper at Sam's and you can't beat the gas prices at this location. Today I scheduled my free tire rotation which was included when I bought my tires. The Tire Center was finished before I checked out...very efficient and convenient.

Too pushy at checkout.... I'm already a member spending money, don't act like car salesman when im checking out constantly trying to upsell me on memberships, cards etc. Just leave me alone and let me get my shopping done. Wow i can get 5% back on gas, always massive lines, that 5% ill lose on time waiting alone. I'll gladly pay more to go to an empty gas station, perhaps put more pumps in if you want me to entertain that idea. Also I wish they had shopping carts with better setup for kids. We have a hard time shopping here because my son is a handful and never wants to sit in the cart. At home depot they have a car cart which he loves and the only place can shop undisturbed.

Please train your rude employees at the club entrance some basic customer service skills, professionalism, and basic human skills. I hate that everytime I enter the club when I show my digital membership card, I am physically told I have to stop and show them the card and expiration date to prove which membership I have - or I am NOT allowed to enter this private members only club. I did my part when I walk in by showing the digital card

The absolute worst sams I’ve ever been too. My company has been members for almost 10 years and I’ve never had such a poor experience. The help desk is terrible and they won’t even honor the company return policy. They said they made up their own policy and I can go to Castle Rock if I want to return something. I’m never returning.

I used to go here regularly for gas and then they charged my card for $50 at 4am (after hours) without explanation. I tried calling to ask and they wouldn’t even answer the phone. I had to interrupt my workday to come in and wait for a manager to tell me that the gas station is closed at 4am so there’s no way that anyone could’ve used my card. He refused to do anything to help me, not even look up the transaction, and said that the charge would hopefully disappear on its own. He said they do not keep credit card information and could not have charged it without the physical card. Unfortunately, this is not the case. My physical card is currently in my hand and it couldn’t have been used at the gas station even if it was stolen, as the gas station was closed at 4am, as stated above. Costco’s customer service is so much better.

I do deliveries and also shop here each time I come I get the worst service... I was brought my stuff that was ordered and then told she wasn't able to help load because she had another order in which she came back... passed me up in order to help the lady load her things. It's unexceptable and ridiculous. This has happened multiple times.

The food court has really gone down hill. Either they have the hot dogs sitting on the bun and soggy. The other day they served cold hot dogs. I use to love the hot dogs at Sams but will not eat there again. I don’t think management realize that the employees don’t know how to serve quality food.
