I wanted to share my recent shopping experience at your store. Unfortunately, the employees seemed disengaged and unresponsive, prompting me to make my purchase next door. I believe addressing this issue will enhance the overall customer experience.

It was fairly busy this Wednesday but nothing crazy. When we arrived but only 2 employees on the floor. One was at the cash register and the other was picking and choosing who he wanted to check on. I watched him closely trying to get his attention as I needed him to get me a shoe. Well, I stood there with a shoe in my hand for a good 10 min staring him down and he literally went out of his way to ignore me and not even look in my direction. There were others next to me that needed help too but he just went and stood by the other employee at the cash register who was actually working. This dude literally could not care less about helping any customers. Guess what you lost another customer and one who loves buying expensive shoes. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!!

Nice shoe selection, horrible customer service. Yelled at for looking, can only try on one shoe, & falsely accuse of dirtying the shoe you tried on even while checking out! We are always respectful and did not deserve this experience. We left and purchased at Footlocker instead.

The Staff Customer service at this place is horrible. Spent $480 yesterday on shoes for the family but will not be returning.

Isaiah welcomed us when we walked in and was so friendly and helpful. Gave us recommendations and I love my new shoes that I never would of tried without his suggestion. Fantastic customer service is hard to find these days and appreciated!

I wanted to share about the excellent service my son and I received yesterday at Shoe Palace, Park Meadows Center. The associate member, Amaree gave us very nice service and we would absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for fresh kicks.

Horrible customer service raggedy employees walked in and basically walked out rude and they just opened employees aren't tired or been dealing with rude customers doors just opened and they don't even want to work

Customer service is non-existent. Four people standing at the register helping one customer. None of them acknowledged the other 6 people standing in line. Will not be returning.We found the same shoes on the Nike website for $40 cheaper.

I came to the Park Meadows location after personally experiencing hands-down, the worse customer service at a different location. The morning after my bad experience, I called Park Meadows to try and reach out to their SP's corporate staff, ideally the District Manager. I was given this location's store manager's name and an employee took a message for a call back. After the night before, I didn't have much faith in a call back or resolution.To my surprise, Isaaha called me back, and asked if he could help me. Again, I didn't think he would be able to and expected more of the same treatment. I was reluctant to even tell him what had happened. He not only listened to what happened, he offered an apology as well as a potential explaination (though I don't necessarily believe it) for why things happened and assured me he would take care of me. I made arrangements to come in when he was there. He also told me he would be certain to pass everything along to the DM.To say I was apprehensive to go to Park Meadows, is an understatement. I honestly thought I wasn't going to get helped, and expected more of the same treatment I got at the first store. I almost didn't go because I didn't want to go through that again.Isaaha again surprised me. Despite the store being crazy busy because of a Nike shoe release, he took time to help and resolve the issue. Though my expectations were low, I hoped for a refund and never expected to leave happy with a pair of shoes.Park Meadows' manager redeemed my Shoe Palace experience. Though farther, I'll only go to Patk Meadows. Isaaha's customer service is on point, and the image as well as impression, a company strives to leave with the public. I was happy to see he was training someone when I came in, and hope that the other store manager is able to benefit from his training and coaching.
