Christine was very good at her job. She gave us the options, she knew how to relate to us, we never felt like we were being horribly pressured into buying.
We were given the benefits and options available to us.
We were quite pleased with the service and her ability to make us feel at ease with the purchasing process.

Samantha at Park Meadows Mall was amazing and we highly recommend visiting her if you’re in the need of a new bed. She was very patient with us the whole time to make sure that we were fully educated on the benefits of Sleep Number beds, the technology, and the options. She did all of this with a very friendly attitude and no high pressure sales pitch. She seemed genuinely interested in getting us a better night’s sleep. Thank you, Samantha!

If I could give negative stars I would! DO NOT PURCHASE!! What a waste of THOUSANDS of dollars!! We've had a bed and a payment for a bed that doesn't even work. Your warranty- oh, that's on a prorated basis. So now we are paying for a bed that doesn't even work! It's literally impossible to sleep on it if the air doesn't adjust! Wake up in pain. I would steer clear of any Sleep Number bed, store, or salesperson! Cheri Maestas sold us our awful, useless bed that costs as much as a used car! Never once said our 15/year warranty was actually only a year warranty!!!! We have a bed that either will not fill up or will not release air-you never know what your going to get when you go to bed! Don't do it!! I repeat, don't do it!! It's totally useless and we are still paying for it!!

The staff at Park Meadows Mall in Colorado are fantastic. Samantha was very knowledgeable and patient answering all my qestions especially since I am also moving to another state.

Christine at the park meadows store is amazing! My husband and I started looking at the sleep number back in February. We just ended up purchasing one for the Labor Day sale. She texted her and there, there was never any pressure, she was always super patient and committed.
We got our bed yesterday and I got the best nights sleep I have had in a long time!

Staff were helpful and took the time to show us all the different features of the beds and worked with us to find what worked best for us. We didn't intend to buy a bed that day but Christy was very easy to work with and made us feel comfortable in our purchase.
