While I enjoy shopping without being bothered too much, I may as well be invisible in your store. Today, I walked in wearing nice jeans and a sweater and was not greeted or asked if I needed help. I felt like the staff could not be bothered to assist me. Maybe I don’t fit your demographics? Last week I purchased jeans and a top and love them both but not sure I’ll be shopping here again.

I received incredibly attentive and personalized, helpful service from Jodi and her colleagues at the Sundance store at Park Meadows. I am very happy with the dress, belt, and shoes these professionals found for me when I needed an outfit for a wedding that is only a few days away. I drove there from north Westminster and I am so glad I did! Highly recommend the staff at this store.

The store itself is perfectly fine, but the catalog mgmt needs serious improvement. For the second time, I missed out on a sale because of missing dates and/or website malfunction. Extremely frustrating!!! So unbelievably annoying that it makes me want to avoid shopping there again. Use dates/days, not "extended another day". Another day from when?!!! (& forget about free shipping; no matter how much you spend, THAT is not forthcoming, despite it being fairly standard practice for the retail industry. )

Staff is clueless and rude. I stood in line for 10 minutes to process a return I received via mail order. Because Sundance is so slow to pick and ship I could not return it even though I have had it for a week. Quality of clothing is very poor from previous years and prices higher than Nordstrom. Shop elsewhere. I expected Sundance stores to go out of business by year end due to the sharp decline in quality.

Bought many items from this catalog.. there is a sale of 20°/• Off on orders of 150 at the top of the page...BUT. YOU HAVE USE CODE COZY FOR 20•/• off under each item in the sale section..VERY DECEIVING!! I talked to a customer service agent and I'm not the only customer calling in about this. Very ?

My last two visits were wonderful experiences. Great items in stock. So much better to see things in-person than to decide from a catalog! Customer service was great both times. Staff went out of their way to help me, even with items not available in store. They helped me order online and not have to pay for shipping. Items are pricey but high-quality. I live far away but look forward to my next chance to visit.

Horrible customer service. It is a shame as my husband had a very special Anniversary gift picked out and it has been lost in the mail for 2 weeks. After going to speak with the manger in store, chatting online and calling on the phone, they refuse to replace the item or refund the $100+ item. This is unacceptable. At the least, they should offer to overnight or 2 day air a replacement. Clearly, the item has not arrived and it's lost and the tracking says so. I would not trust this store at all.
