Be prepared to wait and wait and wait at this location and then an employee might come up and ask your name to be put on the waiting list, then it's time to wait again. When my name was finally called, they said they couldn't help me and that I would have to call customer service. That's like taking your call to the dealership for service and they say, we can't work on your car, you need to take it back to the factory.

Mismanaged store run by time blind idiots.... Minimum 1-1.5hr wait at any given time, the queue isn't relevant (someone who came in much later might get served before you), super understaffed and lacking proper order/structure and management. This location doesn't even need to exist with how slow it runs anyway, close it up, waste of time and space!

An employee in the Tmobile store at Park Meadows called Ara N provided tremendous help in purchasing a new phone. I thank her graciously and hope to receive her help again.

This is one of the best T-mobile stores I have visited around the area. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately a lot of the reviews for this location mention T-Mobile as a service or Sprints integration or billing complaints. My review focuses more on the employees. I can hands down say this has been the best T-Mobile location. I wasn’t pressured into things I didn’t need, I had quick service, and my issues were resolved. What more could you ask for? Kyle worked with me to help me understand the best actions for my account and had stellar service. I’ve been a loyal customer for 8 years, and that will continue because of locations like this. Who would have thought that my best experience in a T-Mobile store would be from the first floor of a mall? Thank you Kyle for the amazing service!

I tried to upgrade my daughter's phone plan from standalone apple watch mobile internet only line to full blown voice line, since she finally got her first own cellphone. My expectation was to come in and leave the store with the SIM card a few minutes later. Instead I was told that my name doesn't match my driver license, they can't upgrade the apple watch line to a voice line and so on.One day later I went to another T-Mobile store and have had everything done in 10 minutes. Seems they just didn't want to deal with the customer 30 minutes to the closing time

I love the price and quality of my phone service. And while I normally get superb customer service at T-Mobile, this location was very disappointing.

this place sucks butt. the staff is u friendly and rude. they are so ridiculously slow on service. they don't know time management AT ALL. terrible staff. and who knows what the 5 other ppl in the back are doing. not helping us ofc. took almost an hour, to get a dang screen protector. Tyler was not a great person at all and the rest of the staff in which i didn't know names of on 8/27 were the worst. go somewhere else this tmobile wastes your time and drains ur energy.

I am so disappointed in T-Mobile. I am been constantly having issues with my phone and consistently. I am told over and over again that I need to be added as an authorized user when I already am in order to be able to buy a new phone. All of the signal issues and charging issues that I have on a daily basis, they cannot fix and even if I want to buy a new phone I can’t even do so because I have to go through customer service and not even use their online portal! This is absolutely ridiculous and the representative at this location is so rude and disrespectful! I even have to show her my phone to try to prove that I am an authorized user, and she is short, not personable, and I do not recommend this location! I am trying to run a business and T-mobile has made this unbelievably difficult for no reason! I expect a way better service than what I have gotten over the phone with customer service themselves over the last few months as well as the store locations! Very, very disappointed!!!
