The sales representatives in this store scammed me and lied to me about what is included in the T-Mobile insurance policy for mobile devices. This business is deceitful and I will never be returning to T-Mobile for business. Read the fine print and NEVER EVER TRUST what comes out of the mouth of a sales representative. :(

Store#(1SHV)Kayla P took the time to properly go through my families 12 year history (phones and devices)... She was transparent and detailed. Approximately 2 hours later , what I was told multiple times couldn't be done, was done. My plan made sense now. I will see a nice adjustment on my next billing cycle. I highly recommend making an appointment with Kayla. A very plesant experience. Thanks you

Be careful - a sales person sold me a promotion that didn't go into affect until the following day. When I received my phone bill that was $80 more than what they had told me it was going to be, they told me to wait a couple months until the system updates.After 4 months, of going back and forth, I spoke with the Manager of the store who was less than helpful as well as dismissive.Luckily, T Mobile customer service was able to resolve my issue, but not before I spent almost 4 hours talking to the store and various folks at T mobile care.Just be sure to make sure you have written confirmation of what ever promotion they offer you.

Fantastic customer service and support. Great service provider T-Mobile is way ahead of Verizon. T-Mobile is working with customers instead of scalping that like Verizon does in My opinion! And in Europe, there is no roaming fees attached like their competitors.

Zach was super helpful over the phone then was awesome when I came in. He helped me with everything I needed for it, and every little request.Having gone to two other locations before this I can say that this is by far the best TMobile store I've ever been to, especially locally.

I just got a new phone as a new customer there. The staff were excellent and walked me through all the options and helped me choose the phone and plan best for me. They helped me with the set up of my new device and transfer of all my data. They even walked me through the extras that came with my package like Netflix and Apple TV so I could set those up when I went home. They really went the extra mile! You have an awesome team at this location!!

Came in 15 till closing time.Came to Add a new line/Upgrade my phone because I was 170 from paying it off and figured it was time to add a new line or upgrade once and for all.Soon as 8 pm hit Caucasian gentleman rudely interrupts my conversation with my sales repJust to kick me out.Instead of getting upset, I laughed it off and walked out thanking the lady for her help.If you're not going to go out of your way to help a customer maybe he should find a better-suiting job because customer service profit and sales are not his strengths.

Review - Part 1 of 2Re: Zack Garcia and Shawn JohnsonLocation: T-Mobile corp store @ Commons St., Lone TreeAs part of an exchange/upgrade promotion, I returned my old phone to T-Mobile using their RMA kit. I photographed the return label/UPS tracking number (using my spouse's work phone) before returning the kit via UPS dropbox. An unfortunate series of events followed. My next communication from T-Mobile was an email informing me that they did not receive my old phone (which would result in a ~$800 charge). I went to retrieve the photo of the UPS tracking number from my husband's phone and learned that, in the interim, he'd had to factory reboot his phone. I no longer had access to the UPS tracking number.After speaking with T-Mobile corp customer support for 1+ hours, trying to recover image data from my husband's phone/company files to no avail, searching our numerous photo e-storage files, visiting a UPS store (in hopes they could help me identify the tracking number), and waiting by the UPS dropbox in hopes of speaking with the UPS driver (should he have ANY recollection or ideas re: alternate ways of determining the UPS tracking number)...I made no progress and was extremely discouraged.I then visited the Commons St., Lone Tree T-Mobile corp store hoping they could 1) assist me with improving the [consistently very frequently poor] cell reception experienced in recent months by my family of five at our residence, and 2) share any other ideas (or access T-Mobile's RMA database) regarding how I might locate the UPS tracking number on the original RMA kit supplied to me by T-Mobile.Zack Garcia processed my case. He provided detailed information about the temporary tower contruction/service issues in my area and provided the steps by which we could obtain a cell spot for reception improvement. It was a great resolution. Zack then tackled the issue regarding the missing phone. He worked with me (and with corp cust phone support) productively for 1.5+ hours. Although he was not able to obtain the original UPS tracking number on the T-Mobile RMA kit, Zack ultimately opened a resolution request escalation ticket with corp, and shared, based on his experience, some degree of hope for me that the outcome would be able to be favorably resolved...hopefully at the corp level but possibly, if necessary, at the local level. We brainstormed several next-steps ideas and possible contingency plans.After having a high degree of frustration and discouragement in the weeks before visiting the Commons street store, I came away, after having worked with Zack, feeling encouraged and optimistic. He was patient, kind, professional, and collaborative.I would also like to thank Shawn Johnson, the store manager. During the time I worked with Zack - Shawn, on his own initiative, introduced himself to me, checked in on our progress, offered to help, and otherwise seemed authentic and to geniunely care about my issue. I appreciated his interest and his high level of customer service both personally and through his staff member(s).The outcome of my case is still to-be-determined, but I'm hopeful and looking forward to writing a positive Part 2 review here and on my other social media outlets. For a superior T-Mobile customer service experience, I highly recommend visiting the Commons St., Lone Tree store location.

this is not an issue with this location. fair warning to anyone that signs up for T-Mobile at least in the Castlerock area. I spent months and months trying to get actual service The people I speak with complain that when I was on AT&T, they could actually hear me and I didn't sound like I was underwater. tmobile claim to have towers close by but then why can't my callers hear me?A friend of mine said it was so painful. She switched to Verizon. Which I am now considering. so I spent another hour with T-Mobile to today and they refused to give me a tech-support email address, so I don't have to be on the phone for another 20 hours like I did with my first problem.so now I have a voicemail that delivers my voicemails approximately four hours late. And I had to pay $25 for a device in my house. And set it up and fuss with that. and if I go to one side of the house, I still cannot hear people and they cannot hear me seriously? this is hurting my business.

Excellent overall, with good help and extra patience.Leigh, Scott, and Brenden were very helpful and EFFICIENT when switching my outdated Russia-Hacked phone to a newer model. It was no easy task, and they went thru a bunch of tactics and hardware to complete it. They spent a bunch of time helping me even though it was nearing closing time..... AND, Leigh specifically made an extra, extra effort to navigate all the billing and generously make the new phone free of charge. A few strings, yes, but she clearly went thru it all so there weren't too many surprises. Impressive customer service, and i would have MORE confidence going here again than most other TMobile stores i have been to in the last few years. Thank You.

All I’m gonna say, this is the best TMOBILE store I ever encountered. From the start, spoke over the phone with Scott & Leigh. I called in regards to IPhone 13 Pro 256 that I’ve been searching, to avoid the long wait on shipment, these two specially reserved this phone for me till the next day. As I claimed my phone the next day, met Scott, he impressed me with his superb customer service skills! He is passionate with his job, aside from knowing what he’s doing, he assured me that I’m in good hands, believe it or not, Scott even over me water.? Best customer service hands down! Thank you Scott & Leigh for your outstanding customer service, I left the store today feeling happy & satisfied.
