Love the Container Store. Home decorating and storage needs. A few of the items we looked at did not have visible pricing, so we had to track down an associate for assistance. That was a little annoying as it felt like they were busy and I was keeping them from their work. Still picked up some storage on sale for my middle school classroom

After months of trying to resolve an issue, during which I was repeatedly left waiting for days without a proper response or even the courtesy of an update, I’ve come to the conclusion that your store is unwilling to take responsibility for a defective product. I paid nearly $7,000 for a laundry closet. I only became aware of a defective door after hitting my head on an extremely sharp corner, which caused a noticeable bump. Upon closer inspection, I realized that not only was the finish poorly done, but the doors had also been painted in different colors—clearly indicating a lack of quality control. Given the continued lack of accountability, I have decided to seek legal advice. The way this matter has been handled is unacceptable.

The container store by Park Meadows mall is now my favorite location I have ever been to! Sabrina!!! If the manager sees this, you need to give this lovely lady a raise!! She was incredibly helpful and dropped everything to assist us when asking if they had extra product in the back for what we were looking for. She made it a FANTASTIC experience and we will be returning because of her! Thank you!

As a professional organizer, I love The Container Store! You can seriously find just about anything you could possibly need to organize your home or business. I've been shopping at TCS for years, but I wanted to highlight my experience today.
I stopped in to make an order pick-up, exchange and a return, and the customer service was impeccable! Jackie was very welcoming and made my entire experience pleasant and seamless :). Thank you!
Also, I know there's rumors out there, but TCS has no plans of going anywhere!

Really overpriced stuff you can get elsewhere for cheaper. I come here once a year generally leave empty handed with disappointment. I struggle to wrap my head around how this place survives with a brick and mortar locations.

The sales people are great.
Container store has good ideas for organizing our house. Just wish the prices were lower, then I would shop here more often.
