Not impressed with the customer service from the new ownership. I was charged $129 out of NOWHERE after not having been here for months and was pretty much told too bad because it happened during the time of previous ownership. I can understand not being responsible for their mistakes but with a dime a dozen business such as lashes you would think customer service and friendliness would be top priority.

I have had flares of horrific, reoccurring blepharitis because of getting lash extensions here. I never post reviews, and I wasn’t going to until I learned from doctors that this can happen to others who get lash extensions done. Also, because this first occurred months ago and *still* affects my eye health to this day, I felt I needed to share so no one else will go through this. After up to 4 times getting my lashes applied here, I got my first of many awful cases of blepharitis which flared up in both of my eyes and caused swelling, flakiness, redness, itching, irritation, and overall eye pain. I went back to the Lash Lounge to get them removed and was advised to see a doctor because of how bad it looked. Since, I have had to go to urgent care as well as my general practitioner multiple times to go on several courses of medication (both oral and topical) to clear it up, as it has flared up more than once and has now made my eyes and lash line susceptible to more blepharitis as well as other conditions such as reoccurring styes. I have never left a negative review in my life, but I have spent so many days crying and feeling so upset over the lasting condition of my eyes (causing difficulty in my day to day life, especially as a contact-wearer) and can never apply any form of lashes again because of it. If I can help or prevent even one person from going through what I have, then it will be worth it. Be careful, and put your eye health first.

I had a 11 am lash appointment today at the Lone Tree location that had been confirmed.
I arrived 15 min early only to find the door locked and the reception area dark. No one ever showed up after waiting for over 20 min past my appt. time.
I called the office location and texted the office but only could leave a message.
I have not heard from anyone to get an apology. I'm surprised management or the owner has not reached out to me.
I will not go back to the Lone Tree location.
I'm disappointed and feel disrespected that a company would treat a new customer this way.

I canceled a membership with them last fall. Then I wasn’t aware they started charging my other email for a monthly charge until recently! They owe me over $1,500 and only refunded 3 months worth of a membership and now I discovered today they closed their doors??! I will never use a Lash Lounge company again!

I have been doing lash extensions for years. Chloe is the absolute best stylist I have ever been to. She makes my lashes look FABULOUS EVERY TIME!!!

I got a new set here and although she was very nice not at all what I asked my lashes to look like. they came off mostly within a few days so i booked for a removal of the last lashes. arriving at my appointment which was confirmed and paid the building is fully locked and no one is inside. The surrounding businesses told me that the business has been shut down. do not book here.

Membership Cancellation Issues. I am extremely disappointed in this business's ability to simply cancel a membership. I will explain the full scenario so that one can better understand why this is not just a one-off issue. I originally cancelled my membership in October 2023. It is now beginning of March 2024. It is written in the cancellation process that you must pay for an additional month of membership before the cancellation fully goes through (which I think is stupid, but that is beside the point). However, I paid my final amount to them in NOV '23, then got another charge in DEC '23. So, I emailed them, and they wanted me to fill out my cancellation paperwork again. I told them, "I'll forward you the file I originally submitted in October". This was addressed and I was refunded. Which was fine, until I got a text yesterday from someone on the team saying I have credits to use (credits that I shouldn't have if my membership was cancelled). So, I checked my bank statement and somehow, they charged me yet again in JAN '24 & FEB '24! I will be calling today to have these charges refunded - though I am guessing they are going to try to get me to fill out another form (even though I submitted it TWICE now).
I don't know where the ball is being dropped... or if the process they are using is just not adequate... but it must be addressed. Businesses cannot just be charging people's accounts for months after they have stopped using their services. This is not only extremely disappointing & frustrating, but also reflects poorly on the business unit as a whole. It feels like an ex you just can't get rid of.
Please consider this if you are thinking about getting a membership... I would have wanted to know this before I started mine.
