Had the best time at the LEGO Store in Park Meadows! Big shoutout to Shelby — she gave my kid 2 little LEGOs pieces for free and totally made his day! Everyone there was super nice. We’ll be back!

Horrible experience at this store. Employees had no interest in checking me out, were rude and disrespectful when they finally acknowledged me.
They didn't want to give me the gift with purchase I had earned and I had to argue to finally get it.
I normally shop at the Colorado Mills location as they are so much friendlier and actually seem to want my business.

Am I the only goblin out there that seems to enjoy when LEGO had far more unique sets and themes? Now, it's mostly licensed corporate slop that I cannot seem to get into. Sadly, this store seemed to be overloaded with it.
I may be a video game entheusiast, but even their Nintendo sets just don't spark as excitement to even browse like original stuff used to.
Now, I will give them credit for having a well stocked brick wall in the back, for those more creative types, but man, just seems like original ideas are not a thing according to LEGO anymore.

This was our first stop when we got to town. Staff are super friendly and helpful with zero pressure to purchase. They allowed us to stash all of the things we were purchasing behind the counter until we were ready to check out.
This is a smaller store so it was packed, but if you love Legos, you'll make it work! Plenty of options and they have stuff in the back so don't think it's the last set! We will be back in the future to refill our supply to make content on TT. #brickigansbuild

The Pick-a-brick wall was off limits after they finally got a part in that I need hundreds of. The build a figure section is all mixed together instead of each part being separated like at Colorado Mills and the Las Vegas stores. This is the most disappointing Lego store I've been to. I can't really recall an experience here thay was positive. Just neutral or bad. It's like they just bank on the fact that Lego stores are so far apart to skate by. If Colorado Mills was closer, I'm sure the competition would really bring out the potential of this store.

We don't get to come often as we live out of town, but when we go to Denver, we always drop by. We can get any Lego set sold here anywhere else, but if we have the opportunity to shop here, we do. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the customer service is top tier! Thank you for being a great store!
