I came in looking for a gift, unsure of exactly what I wanted, and honestly felt a little overwhelmed by all the options—there was so much to choose from, and I wasn’t sure how to pair certain items together. Thankfully, I was helped by Venice, who was not only eager to assist but also incredibly kind and patient. She took the time to listen to what I needed and made thoughtful recommendations that led me to the perfect outfit. I’m so grateful for her help—thank you, Venice, for making the experience so easy and enjoyable!

Disappointed, found an item with a sale price on the bottom (placed over the regular price tag, in the sale section, the same as every single sale item in the store) was told at check out the item was not on sale even though it had the sale tag on it. The staff was rude as hell, would not honor the discounted sale price so i decided not to purchase. I called corporate to complain primarily due to the staff being rude.

Amazing service from Serenna, Kelsey, and Emma!!! Omg so sweet!

Staff is unfriendly. Did nothing but give me dirty looks and be completely unhelpful. I was really nice to them and I had planned on doing a big shopping trip there. The attitude made me put my stuff back and leave.

awesome awesome clothes!! they are the only reason i'm not giving this store a 1 or even a 0. awful customer service by a girl in a gray shirt with blonde hair wearing light wash jeans. we were in between 1pm to 2pm on wednesday september 27th and we were saying hi to her and asking questions about things but the most we heard out of her mouth was "i can't see that on my side of the screen" in a very blatant no expression tone. we remained with a happy tone the whole time and there was no expression, except sometimes a frown and rolled eyes, from this girl. we love the clothes and all the other workers on shift, but this one made it seem that if i had never been to urban before, i would never come back due to her awful customer service. it seemed as if this was the worst job she has ever had! love the clothes though!!
