Even though I was recognized by employees as a customer, they could not override a system requiring a new DL expiration date...the CO DMV has not sent my renewal license, so USB employees couldn't process my WDL!! I've only been a customer for a bit over 30 years...10 years at this branch, so, obviously I can't be trusted with MY OWN MONEY!
Absurdly poor customer service.

I received a call from my local branch (Park Meadows) today. Sam called to check in and see if everything was going well. Not only did i appreciate this courtesy call but he also was able to help me out with a long standing, yet small, issue i've been dealing with for some time.
It felt like the kind of local bank connection/relationship that i think we all like to have!
Thanks Sam, and thanks US Bank!

I will never put money to that bank because once you do can't it back. I opened an account in May of 23 and I had been depositing large sums of money for months and using for business, but I had my identity stolen and I cantacted the bank to file fraud transactions and it was a couple of months worth. In October the froze my account and I was blamed for the chargers I didn't make. So I had a couple thousand dollars in charges that were made by someone else, from a job scam they got everything price from me . You know w4 was fake, direct deposit was fake the company was fake so I contacted the police and filed a report and the police responded back, 4 hrs later with statement stating that it was a legit identity theft done by a group of people out the country. I gave the police report to the bank when I disputed the charges. I was originally told not worry my debit card would be coming in. But before the card even showed up the fraud department put hold on my account, which is where all my money goes to from working. I am life insurance agent and Everytime I write a policy that money went to that account. I am. A single mother and I can't even put food on the table. I can't work because I have become so depressed because if work I am. Not going to get the money anyway. They have claimed it was me trying to scam them out money by stating identity theft. So I was told in September that I just had to wait for all the transactions to clear however many that. Were out there still waiting to come in. Mind I can't use the account but the person who stole it could and by the time everything is done and out several banks one is overdrawn and us bank which started out a couple thousand dollars is down to $659.00 and I have called the multiple times and have been told the account is open, it's closed, it's on hold a check is on its way. But I just found out today that the fraud department has hold and that they don't have to take it off. It's been 3 months and I can't pay my bills I am having too go on public assistance, also today I was point told that had I not had use the money and filed false charges I would still have all my money. It's there some legal ramifications from all this. The police verified it and the worst part is I getting to loose my job because my credit score has tanked. I can't even by Christmas presents for my kids, food for Christmas dinner or turn the electricity on because I have no money and what I have left after this has happened is apparently a2 years of this that had been going on with someone taking credit in my name and loans and it's same group of people and they have been working up to a larger haul. I am so stupid and just don't bank with them. Please don't stay with them and think you can trust them with your money. Once it's deposited it is there's.

US Bank replied with the same bait and switch technicality, although they on more than one call assured me eligibility, they knew from the beginning but deliberately ignored informing me till the end of 6 months. They sent the offer to an existing customer with existing checking account and ask to sign on line banking to complete the opening of the promotion account, does anyone see the scam here. It is the worst and US Bank should be held responsible for misconduct and misrepresentation.

A thank you to branch manager Darlene Kirk. We had a stressful family situation we had to deal with and she actually dropped everything to help us. Very knowledgeable and professional.

READ THIS: I have been with US Bank for a LONG time. Every time I try to withdraw my own money, I am asked why and what is it for. When I have an outstanding record with the bank, am on the highest level you offer for service and have more accounts with you than I can keep track of, I expect you to respect my privacy when I say, "it's none of your business". Today, I checked my account before I went to the bank and the funds were available. The bank would not give me my money. I am in the process of speaking with a manger. US Bank has waisted my time. OPEN YOUR ACCOUNT ELSWHERE. My first public review ever. I am so disappointed with US Bank.

Every time I go through the drive thru at this branch I wait at least 14 minutes. Today it was 25 and I missed a few errands and was late for work. The tellers kept telling me what a line they had inside each time I hit the call button. Ridiculous. Been a customer for almost 8 years now and wondering if it’s time to look elsewhereVery frustrating

Abysmal customer service. Confused and incapable employees. Zero prioritization of costumer experience. I have to think these bank employees would rather be anywhere else given how they treat their customers.Don't bank with US Bank. They don't care about you.

I went to deposit $2720 on 04/27/22, around 5pm , The teller short counted my money by $100. When he came back from counting he said I had only $2620. Me and my husband had counted twice before going to deposit . We were surprised that the teller shorted the money by $100. However we told him to recount , still $100 short . My LO was being fussy so We had to come back with the money to recount in the car coz the teller was staring at us thinking we were wasting his time . It have had this happened to me once few years back but I didn’t think bank could do mistakes so I let it go . But this after happening to me again I am not liking us bank so much .

This is my local branch, and it's a small, friendly place. While staff turnover seems high (there are always new faces), service is consistently good and sometimes has gone above and beyond. This branch has a coin counter, which is excellent. I have been bringing them my piggy banks for many years. You do need a US Bank account to use this service. They were awesome during the Covid lockdown, using the outside pneumatic tubes and cameras to conduct business that couldn't be accomplished by the ATM. They didn't allow anyone except employees inside the building, so they did what they could. Things are back to normal now, including the hats on the crew (wall picture of a rowing team). Currently, they're wearing Easter bonnets :)

Moving our accounts from US Bank. An employee just went to cash her paycheck here. Such an unpleasant experience for her. She had to call me to arrange to have the US Bank teller Sam Hughes(?) OK the check to be cashed by calling my wife. Then even after that call our employee said she was interrogated and had to pay $7 to have her check cashed since she was not a US Bank customer. Consistently horrible service from USBank branches.

I had the worst banking experience with US Bank Lonetree branch CO. We opened an account with them hoping to get $400 (States Farm alliance) as the bonus after having direct deposits for 2 months. We opened an account in September and it has been 1 month since we are following up with them on the bonus. Sent multiple emails but did not get even a single response. We visited the branch multiple times but we were told that they have some system issues and someone is going to submit promotion bonus for us but even after multiple follow-ups, nothing has happened.I have been a customer of Chase since last 6 years and never faced such issue. US Bank's customer service is not at all at par with other banks. I am really not sure why no one is taking this forward.
