US Bank replied with the same bait and switch technicality, although they on more than one call assured me eligibility, they knew from the beginning but deliberately ignored informing me till the end of 6 months. They sent the offer to an existing customer with existing checking account and ask to sign on line banking to complete the opening of the promotion account, does anyone see the scam here. It is the worst and US Bank should be held responsible for misconduct and misrepresentation.

This is my local branch, and it's a small, friendly place. While staff turnover seems high (there are always new faces), service is consistently good and sometimes has gone above and beyond. This branch has a coin counter, which is excellent. I have been bringing them my piggy banks for many years. You do need a US Bank account to use this service. They were awesome during the Covid lockdown, using the outside pneumatic tubes and cameras to conduct business that couldn't be accomplished by the ATM. They didn't allow anyone except employees inside the building, so they did what they could. Things are back to normal now, including the hats on the crew (wall picture of a rowing team). Currently, they're wearing Easter bonnets :)

They were short handed but the lady working Sweeta I believe her name is, was awesome and helpful even though she was extremely slammed by herself. I guess someone was sick today, despite this Sweeta handled herself like a true professional. I would come here to this location again even if I'm moving closer to Parker. This is the Lone Tree branch next to Kohl's

I love this bank!! Always friendly. The tellers are quick and effective. I've never waited in line. They have free coffee and snacks.

Do not waist your time here. They just don't care. A $900 mistake and 11 days to fix it. Not a phone call or an appology for the mistake they made. Not to mention all the fee's I incured. Just don't care at all. Allan the bank manager is just to buisy to talk to anyone, and spends more time telling you why it is not his fault then anything. Do yourself a favor and take your $ someplace else.

US bank is the worst. They charge overdrafts on temporary authorizations that don't become actual charges...
