I’m not sure of who helped me today but you need to brush up on your customer service. This was my first time making a change order and you were so rude. I’ve have now been informed that you have been rude to my other managers coming in for a change order. This is unacceptable. You treated me like I inconvenienced you as if you had 100 customers in line and a full drive thru. There wasn’t anyone else but me. Also my name is Joseph not Joe as it clearly said on my check.

Vectra lone tree is one of the best banks in the area, Peggy, Stacey, and all of the staff always do a great job. And are very friendly. Peggy called me directly to promote a new loan product they rolled out which saved me more than $10,000 on interest. Vectra rocks. Keep up the GREAT work.

Don’t work with Peggy she had me thinking I was preapproved. Sent me a letter and everything, I find a van , wait a WEEK, then she tells me they can’t approve it. Such a waste of my time and life. I won’t ever reccomend of be back

Never been hit with so many fees in my life. Had to check my account daily to see if the bank ran it over from some random fees. Then I had difficulty closing the account. SMH
