The MD office called in a script on Friday for surgery Monday. Got the patient loaded into the car after surgery then ran in to pick up the prescription. They hadn't filled it and said it would be 15-20 minutes. The point of calling in a Rx ahead of time is so that it's ready. I stood out in the hallway and waited while I listened to the two woman gripe about the customers including the parents of sick children.

Amazing team at Walgreens as always, however in my mind walgreen is a full blown pharmacy and store. But the one at Sky ridge ended the moment you enter, not in a negative way but it’s like a nice cozy place.
Remember for first timers to take the escalator to go up couple floors.😉

Convenient and great service. I’m a little late with this review: I was an inpatient at Sky Ridge, Jan/24. Walgreens filled my prescription quickly and delivered it to my room. The tech was very thoughtful and patient with me while I took my time to pay for the meds. I appreciated that after a long hospital day.

Jason, Jenn, Ericson, and Tristan are all wonderful. They all went above and beyond. They made me feel important and cared about through the process of filling my prescription. Best location I’ve ever been to. Thank you all.

Very efficient and easy to find once inside the hospital. Not full service, small selection of over the counter meds, no drinks or snacks.

Convenient, courteous, friendly.While saying at Sky Ridge, my doctor’s office placed a prescription order for me. The scripts were quickly filled and delivered to my room. It was accurately billed to my insurance and I simply made the copay.Thanks to Walgreens and Sky Ridge for partnering to provide exceptional care.

We ordered prescription refills on December 30, 2022. Had the refills been processed on the day they were requested the correct insurance would have been billed and the claim paid. But no, they waited until January 6th to fill the prescriptions and then billed the wrong insurance. They were paid by the wrong insurance and now that insurance company is coming after us for the $900.00 they mistakenly paid to Walgreens. We have now been fighting with Walgreens for 9 months trying to get the money from them so we can reimburse the insurance company which has now sent us to collections. We have been told a check was mailed. We never received it. We have been told a new one would be sent after 90 days. We still do not have one. We get transferred from one department to another and everyone we talk to says it’s not their job. The pharmacy technicians are rude and condescending. They know my husband needs a monthly refill of a particular medication and they are always out of stock and it take 1-2 weeks for them to get it in. This then delays when we can get the refill again. I know there is a shortage of employees and anyone who has a job is most likely overworked. But that’s no excuse to not be kind and respectful.

Rude, Childish and ignorant staff. Overheard the staff saying rude and prejudice things about customers. Also harassing one customer when he said he had come from church . Where is the manager it’s like kindergarten over her! Get your employees some training!! Won’t be back as I can’t stand for that in this day and age.

They only had 5 hours to fill a prescription before they closed....prescription was from the same hospital they are in.... they billed insurance wrong, and they closed before they got anything done, they close too early for being in a hospital. We were discharged well before that and had to jump through hoops to get it sent somewhere else because we don't live there.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are now the only compounding Walgreens in all of Colorado and the people who work there are inept. They never delivered my child’s medication because they didn’t have a payment method on file. They never called to ask for payment they simply didn’t deliver it. The next month we had the payment thing figured out but they didn’t actually prepare the prescription when they promised and then they refused to rush and make the medication so my child wouldn’t run out. I spent hours finding another pharmacy that could make it. This Walgreens is a disgrace.
