Had an issue with a pretzel that I ordered previously. The manager was very accommodating in getting it resolved. Upon my return the employee apologized for the situation. He was very polite and my pretzel was much better & pretty darn tasty!

I really don't like to leave bad reviews, but as someone with food allergies, this needs to be brought to a higher up's attention as well as customers with food allergies.I asked if their frozen lemonade was safe for people with peanut/tree nut allergies. While to many this may seem like "well it's just lemonade". People that have life threatening severe allergies have to be INSANELY careful when eating out due to cross contamination or unknown ingredients. It's always best to ask an employee if you can't confirm online prior (which I couldn't because I didn't have service in the mall). The cashier seemed annoyed, turned around to ask his coworker, neither of them checked anything, he turned back around and went "uhh yeah...". I said "...nevermind" because I didn't feel safe with that response and left without buying anything.IF YOU DO NOT KNOW 100% YOU CANNOT SAY YES TO PEOPLE WHEN IT INVOLVES ALLERGIES. That is incredibly dangerous and a lawsuit waiting to happen. Typically a place will have an allergy binder behind the counter that employees can reference. I guess this place does not. Shoutout to Sonic, I got my frozen lemonade from there instead. It was a very disappointing experience. I'm already really insecure about my food allergies and having to ask about them because I hate feeling like an inconvenience, so to be met with such disregard and making me feel like I was a burden really affected me.Please tell your employees that they cannot say "Yes" when they don't know the answer to something when it can be a life threatening situation for someone. They should know this from their ServSafe trainings.

They never answer their phones or seem to have it disconnected. I’ve tried contacting for almost 2 weeks and no one answers

Gross, man. Just all gross. Old food. So hardened, the bottom of our pretzels didn't even tear or respond to our teeth without pulling while gnawing. One of the workers behind the counter had a large head of curly hair flopping all over -- is that allowed? We had to wear hair nets when I worked in food service. The barely audible grunts in response to questions were super fun too. Geez.

Just went to this location. At least eight people were in the front or back but no one waited on us. One young woman came from the back and yelled at the guys in the front to help us. At that point, we should have left. The pretzel and the pretzel dog were old and hard. The blue raspberry drink had a horrible taste to it. I had to ask for the pretzel as the guy who waited on us didn't get our food. What a waste of time and money. Auntie Anne's has a new location that just opened but Wetzels are closing. Hate that I have to give 1 star.

On 29 December 2023 I went to buy WETZEL BITZ and I paid by 100$ bills around 3 - 4PM. The waitress who are a blue hair woman said that it’s a fake bills because it doesn’t have blue stripes in the middle, I gonna give it back to the bank. Then the waitress keep my money. I think the waitress tried to steal my money. When I said Can I have my money back and they said NO. these older banknotes without the stripe are still legitimate legal tender. I think this is a worst experience. The waitress who has no integrity doesn’t deserve any job.

I left a review 2 weeks ago about the same issue, just came in AGAIN it's 1 pm during lunch hours and they don't have any wetzel dogs not even the bites. Seriously what is the issue? What is so hard about making a hotdog?

I went to the mall specifically for these pretzels 2 days after Christmas (now u know it's packed) . I approached to order from the cashier named Evelyn. I started to order but was told there were only 2 of what I wanted. I was ordering 6 or 7 orders of the bites ....different kinds. Drinks and bigger pretzels also. All the kids were disappointed that there were none left . I asked about a basket behind her that a guy had just brought out abd she said those were not for sale . She was very rude and had bad customer service . She should be in the back not up front. She did not even give me the option to wait for more ...or say how long it would be to wait for more. The line wrapped around the wall to Macy's. I thought if there are not bites left what is she gonna tell all these people. So our trip to the mall just to go straight into Wetzel pretzel and out was not worth the drive from south parker. I spent more than $50 on stuff I did not even want because that is all she said they had. The lemonade was good and the cinnamon ones. But that girl is not doing the company any favors or trying to accommodate the customer. I understand there was a line there but the service was terrible and they had no pretzels bites any flavor at 1pm on a Wednesday.....??????? So sadly me and my kids stopped at sonic on the way home .....for thier pretzels.

I usually go to Auntie Anne’s for my pretzel fix. I’ve had Wetzel’s before in an Utah mall a few years ago but my boyfriend was really craving a soft pretzel. I tried to warn him my bag of pretzels years ago were mediocre but I decided to try Wetzel’s again. Atmosphere was average and the person taking our order did the bare minimum and wasn’t exactly friendly. We got a bag of pretzel bites which was warm but the pretzels were tasteless. It just tasted like bread - doughy with no flavor. The bag we got was stupid expensive for the lack of flavor. We ended up not finishing the bag and left it on a mall railing for somebody else to have. It was a huge disappointment since they smelled good from a distance. We’re going to stick to Auntie Anne’s for our pretzel fix.

Paid a visit to the location in the food court. Upon walking up, employees were seen standing around and we had to fight for their attention. We tried to order some cinnamon pretzel bites, and they said they didn't have any despite standing around before we walked up. Additionally, the location in the downstairs area was completely out of all product besides lemonade. My feedback for this location is to keep stock of pretzels and have more attentive customer service
