Chris was easy to work with and I am so happy to use the Alloy Wheel Repair service.
If you want to get your wheels done right, this is the place!!!. Everything was done on time and I was contacted right away.
Either you have AMG, Porsche or whatever wheels, don’t bring them to someone random that can do it just cheaper! Hard lesson learned! We always pay in life one way or the other.
So that’s why I stopped here after reading numerous reviews and was amazed about quality and quick service.
These guys are professionals and I will be back again!

“I’ve used Discount Tires for 20+ years and still get blown away by their customer service. Tyler was incredible today. I just purchased 4 tires last December only to get a huge screw in my side wall so it could not be repaired. My tires aren’t a normal size so Tyler looked all over the place to get tires in for me so that I could have my car. He told me a few times it would be very difficult to get it done today so I was expecting Monday, but he called me at 6:35 -90 mins after they closed to tell me my car is ready and they would wait for me to get there if I wanted to get the car tonight. Their customer service at this DT is incredible!! Every single person is great but Tyler WOW! You were incredible!! Thank you!! And to the General manager. “I would recommend discount tire for tires, balancing, rotation etc. That is why I've been a customer for over 20 years. That they do well. However, I would never recommend discount tire for a alignment. The technicians don't have the knowledge to do that. They messed my alignment up then I went back for them to fix it but they couldn't even adjust it to where it should be. I took it to the dealer to get it fixed a third time.”

“When one has something with a funny shared tire that needs help places that specialize in automobile tires have super expensive tools that anybody can learn to use. Am odd shaped tire like my electric scooter tire is hard to find someone who can do it and get it done not make you wait a few days and have to make two trips.
This shop this is what they do, they change tires. Although it wasn't cheap it wasn't expensive. I felt like a paid am honest man an honest dollar for the work. It was done quickly and well.
If you don't know what you're doing and do this poorly you can slice you hand open trying to get the tire on the rim and you can damage the tire, tube or rim. Well worth a little below a mechanics usual hourly wage on price for the work.”
“Stopped by because I got a nail stuck in my tire while driving up to the mountains. The guys working were incredible - they got the two nails out and fixed my car up for a reasonable price. They even checked the pressure on the rest of my tires to make sure that I wasn’t low anywhere else.

“Tl;dr: the kind gentleman that helped me today is basically a lifesaver
I’m having a week from hell and as I headed to a haircut I desperately needed, my tire had gone flat and was absolutely wrecked. So on top of having to pay $250 cancellation fee for the hair appt I couldn’t get to, I then had to get towed and buy a new tire(s) and all that. I’m just completely over everything at this point. The rage is coming out as tears. But the super nice employee (manager?), the receipt says Gerardo so I’m hoping that’s who it was, at this Discount Tire tried his best to cheer me up and when he noticed that wasn’t going to work, he somehow turned into a superhero and just idk took care of things and made sure it was done correct and super fast and without any of the extra conversations. I’m tearing up now just thinking about how kind he was, and I wish I had stayed to thank him but I just needed to get home at the time. Which he must have somehow known because he said “we’re getting it done now so you can go home and rest.” Sir, I’m so sorry I didn’t thank you in person but I hope this somehow reaches you so I can say thank you so much for saving my day/week/life.”

“The counter guy was great to work with. They got my vehicle in on time and finished on time. The only problem I had was that I asked to have the air pressure set to what it said on the door jamb and the kid failed. He set both front and rear to the same pressure even though the sticker on the door jamb says the rear is much higher pressure than the front being a heavy Truck.”
