$120 "white glove" service for 2 men to bring a table from the front yard to the back and NOT install the burner?? I'm sorry what??? So basically I just got a very expensive metal outdoor table delivered for $120 because they don't install the burner which actually makes it a FIRE table. WOW - that's some awesomely horrific service.
When you call they say weelllll "white glove" service is actually just regular service - there's no difference.
OK - so let me get this straight - it's "white glove" service when you want to charge $120 for it but it's just "regular service" when you actually get it??? Is that what you're telling me customer service???
Nice bait and switch marketing. Scammy company - do not give them your business. Picture below is there awesome $120 white glove deliver - here's your box ma'am. Unbelievable

Literally the lowest quality stuff priced at mid to high-end prices. The cushions for the furniture fall apart and stain simply by sitting in the sun. When we asked for replacements we were told the stuffing was defective and they’d give us the materials to restuff them ourselves and wouldn’t do a thing about the severe sun discoloring. Thank you Jeremy Kenerson for being rude to my wife. A total waste of $10k.

Prices are higher than most places, but so is the quality. I like the laid back approach of the employees. No high-pressure sales techniques or tricks. Just, "let us know if you need help."

I want to thank the folks at YB OUTDOORS for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and a GREAT PRODUCT!We had just purchased a used Geo Pro 19FD. When we went to see it, and the front window was broken. The dealership was in the process of replacing it. We asked the dealer what could they offer to protect that front glass, their response was, “Nothing”!We bought it and started looking for a solution.We found YB OUTDOORS and I immediately sent them a message to find out more about their front window protector. Amazingly enough I received an almost immediate reply.They explained and answered my questions and I instantly ordered it.They produced and very quickly shipped my protector in time for us to go on our maiden voyage. It was perfect and worked flawlessly.Thanks to the folks at YB Outdoors for a great product!

We had a good experience shopping at the local store (sales people were nice, knowledgeable, and not pushy). We have had our furniture (a couple chairs a couple couches) for a few months now and we really enjoy them. They are comfortable and do fairly well in the weather. We got a light color that does get dirty really easily (especially being outside) but it seems to wash out if you scrub it. Not sure on the life/wear of these items as we haven't had them outside too long yet. It does seem like the wooden chairs and table may not do as great in the weather or under use (seems to stain easily) and they may need some type of outdoor protectant/stain but other than we are happy with our purchase. Time will tell on the durability of the fabric, color, and other materials. If anything changes drastically I will update.

We are enjoying our new patio furniture for certain! We did have a slight problem with the new firepit but their customer service was on top of it and had the issues resolved in a timely manor.

We did a lot of research about outdoor furniture and were very impressed with yardbird. Jeremy in the Lone Tree store was awesome in showing us our choices. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick and right on the time promised. Great product, great service and great delivery!!

I shopped for a patio dining set at nearly 10 places, and finally found one that was perfect at Yardbird. The prices were reasonable, the furniture looks great, and delivery was on time.

We spent a long time mulling over which outdoor set to get, and didn't find one we liked more than the Elliot Outdoor round sectional set. Purchase and delivery was easy and went smoothly. My only regret is that I don't sit outside on it more.
