I had a memorable experience at the Zales in Park Meadows. Caitlin helped me pick out thr perfect addition to my Enchanted Disney collection. I did not feel pressured at all and she allowed me to look and take my time deciding. I will definitely be back for more jewelry.

I had a great experience at the Zales in Park Meadows. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional—no pressure, just helpful guidance as I looked for an engagement ring. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process feel easy. I found a beautiful ring at a great price, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. Highly recommend this location if you’re shopping for something special.

I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased an engagement ring from Zales and paid in full. After sending it out for a standard resize, I was told the original ring was lost in transit. Instead of resolving the issue properly, Zales gave me a replacement ring that was of noticeably lesser quality—it had visible scratches and did not match the craftsmanship or appearance of the original.
To make matters worse, when I attempted to collect the replacement, I was told I could not receive it unless I signed a confidentiality agreement. They literally would not let me touch the ring in the store unless I signed. At no point in the original purchase process was this condition disclosed. Zales refused to release property I legally owned unless I agreed to stay silent. After months of back and forth over the confidentiality agreement, Zales finally decided to refund me. I was without my engagement ring for three months due to this, which delayed our engagement photos. This was a disheartening experience during what should have been a joyous time.
This is not just bad customer service—it borders on deceptive and unethical business practices.
Buyers beware: Zales mishandled my purchase, lost the original ring, and tried to pressure me into silence. Think twice before spending your money here.

Marissa was amazing when I came in looking for a ring. She was so sweet and helpful, answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable with the process. I ended up picking out my engagement ring and my fiancées wedding band all at once. They were exactly what we both wanted and we couldn’t be happier.

The 2 people helping use Carly and Jacob were absolutely AMAZING. Me and my fiancé were ring shopping and we went to a couple different stores they were the least pushy which was helpful so we could clearly think what was best for us. They were also so helpful as we decided to go forward with the ring. This was a very enjoyable experience and I’m so excited to get my ring once’s it’s sized
