David and Ann are straight shooters that go the extra mile to get loans closed. They have a fantastic support staff and together, they make you feel like family. David and his team helped us refi multiple times while rates were dropping, saving us money and getting us lower rates. We are very pleased with David's exceptional knowledge, service, and ability to get us into the loan we need. David also helped us craft a strategy to buy a new house before putting ours on the market, even though we didn't have cash on hand to do it. It was brilliant and worked perfectly.
